NIce room, great staff good large breakfast Nothing

Overall it was a safe and clean accommodation. The receptionist Nina treated us in a very cold manner, which could almost be called rudely. She made biased comments about our breakfast choice even before we expressed our wishes. The water machine was forbidden to be used to fill our water bottles, which was very strange and inconvenient. There were many broken stuff inside the room such as the curtain and the soap dispenser. There is much room to improve the facilities and the hospitality level.

Great place for short stay, very clean and convenient, location is really good, breakfast is tasty. Highly recommend!

location was good, close to everything. The breakfast was included and though not too much choice, is warm and convenient small rooms and small beds

Property was close to everything. At night the street can be loud. Fortunately, we travel with a small noise machine.

Location of the Guest House was excellent for access to the City Centre and Train Station, Rooms were of a good size and reasonably well equipped. Nina who looks after the Guest House was excellent and very helpful. Not that it bothered us but as this is located in an old building you have to climb two relatively long flights of stairs with your luggage to access the guest house which could prove challenging for less able guests.

When you order your breakfast, take the toast! It is a snackwich with cheese and ham and it is delicious! Real good coffee as well. Although there was not a fridge in our room, we could place our stuff in the fridge located in the reception area and it was safe.

The hole in the shower wall was stuffed with paper to try and fill it, the bathroom felt like it was going to come off whenever you used it. There's no exhaust fan in the bathroom which makes it hit and stuffy and the mattress rolled toward the floor. Although it is stated in the list of exclusions, just be aware there is no lift and there are at least 6 floors

The room and bathroom were lovely, the breakfast was great. Lovely and helpful staff.

Great Breakfast and location

It is on the center of the town. Easy to access. Explications received by message was clear. Good coffee. Intense smell of food if I open the window so I kept close. The towels was with smell of food. Hot water flowing very slowly. There was mosquito in the room.

Great location! Hosts are incredibly accommodating and sweet, they have coffee & tea available at all hours and let us leave our luggage with them past check out. Everything is clean and the bed is super comfortable. Shower water is a bit iffy - goes from hot to cold in seconds so it's not the best.

Very nice stay. * close to train station * very clean with maid service daily * staff friendly & helpiful * nice breakfast No elevator, so getting luggage upstairs wasn’t easy, but rooms were on 2nd floor so no big deal

The location was excellent, with the main attractions within walking distance. The hosts were very nice, and communication before check‑in was seamless. Breakfast tended more toward the sweet side than savory. We did have a minor issue with the shower: the hot water ran out after a short time. But overall the place is nice!
