Bedsheets were not very clean, found some hairs and some bugs. Room felt dusty as well. Would have been okay but for the price we expected better.

My room was directly adjacent to the breakfast room, I could hear everything, including the lounge music that was playing after 11 PM. The climate unit didn't have just a fan setting so I had to try and use the AC but then it was too cold to keep out the noise. I think if I had a better room location it might have been better, but it was a last minute booking.

Staff were great! Reasonable price for family room in the heart of Firenze. The beds and linens were ok, nothing to write home about, but seemed clean. Room was clean-ish.

Great location near Termini, easy access to transport and main attractions. Clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and helpful staff. Solid choice for a stay in Rome. What I didn’t like — the bathroom had a noticeable drainage/sewage smell at times, which was unpleasant.

Very close to the train station. Very close to the Duomo. Great location. Our room was street side and there was a lot of noise; however, after walking all day and being overloaded with tours and other things, you fall asleep quickly and don’t hear it!
