Amazing location, A/C (it was very hot), friendliness & helpfulness of the staff, complimentary ice cream, very old fashioned lift.

Very close to duomo, cathedrals, baptistry, museums and of course to train station. The proximity to Firenze SMN made it easy to take day trips to Pisa, Rome and other cities.

The location was unbeatable, and the staff were friendly. No elevator to the attic room.

What a great hotel and staff , i feel so lucky to have found dates to stay in this hotel everything from the location of the hotel which is facing the cathedral and in the middle of everything you want to see Star was super super nice and very accommodating ,carries our heavy luggage’s to our room Had a great refreshment area which was awesome but for me what made it exceptional was that each day at least 4 flavors of home made gelato they served , this to me shows the care and hospitality to its best Friendliest ,professional staff made all the more a perfect stay Again being a historical building therefore strong smell of toilet is the only issue i had

The location was superb, just beside the Duomo, but not noisy. The staff were always communicative and stored our 2 baggages for a frew days prior to our arrival date. Filippo, at the Reception was always kind, helpful. They also have yummy home made ice cream, cookies and tea, coffee, infused water all day available for guests. Room quite small but other than that, lovely room!

Friendly reception, quality bedlinen and good view on part of the Duomo. The vibe is informal and homely, with all kinds of snacks and drinks available during the day. We were also allowed to leave our luggage there after checking out. I loved the beautiful wallpaper! It was difficult at first to find. GPS got the building but not entry point. The hotel is upstairs and reached by a lift not visible from the street. The room was small and the aircon was blowing into our faces during the night. It will be great if they could get a scale to weigh luggage.

I had a great time at Hotel Duomo Firenze. The staff were amazing throughout my stay, and were super friendly and helpful. My single room was lovely with enough space for one person and a very good size bathroom. The location was amazing, right next to the Duomo and walking distance to all the major attractions. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

The location is amazing, as it is placed in the centre of the city. The team is friendly, genuine and ready to accommodate your request in a timely manner. The room was clean, just a bit dusty.
