All the staff were super friendly and helpful, short walk into town. Great car parking. Free 24 hour access to coffee machine. Cheap beer and wine available. Excellent breakfast with a vast variety of fresh food. Large rooms with a great size balcony.

Clean and comfortable. Good location. The plug sockets next to the bed did not work so we had to plug our adapters into the bathroom plug and charge our phones in there.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly reception team, made our arrival very easy and sorted out securing our luggage before check in. Made our stay in Florence very enjoyable and we were able to get much more out of our stay. Lovely clean and cool rooms with very comfortable beds.
