The receptionist Adriana was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the surroundings and local attractions and the environment around Florence! Thank you very much for your help and support! Peter TV was very small and the channels were not working properly! With few hundred euros the customers would have a much better experience!

I just needed a quick place to stay overnight so it fit the bill. The staff however were extremely kind and helpful which makes this place better. The location was ok, just not super close to anything and right next to the train but it didnt bother me I wasn't there for long

Room very hot had to open window as AC not helping which then made it noisy

Staff was great but sadly the negatives outweigh the positives on this one. AC locked at 77 F or 25 C. If you opened the two sets of doors on the balcony to let in cold air, you just heard the trains that are literally a stone’s throw away. Walls are so thin we heard everything in the other rooms. Bed was hard and reminded us of dorm room mattresses from college.

The room was definitely underwhelming. Very small, nothing like the pictures. The breakfast was also underwhelming, I don’t recommend booking with the breakfast.

Very friendly staff and big rooms They didn’t set up the 2 beds, no lift for people (just suitcases), no tissues.

The air conditioner would not go below 24C / 75F. We tried opening the windows at night but it only let mosquitos in. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. The next day we tried to leave the windows open during the day to cool off the room but the cleaning staff closed them so we arrived back to a very warm room and another uncomfortable night of sleeping.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good too. Not being able to open or look through windows in the room was very disappointing. The feeling of being closed in was overwhelming.

Room is functional with good storage areas. Bed comfortable. Continental breakfast was basic but adequate. Staff and housekeeping good. Quiet location with double glazing. Good view of trains and Duomo. An easy 10 min walk to train station. Aircon set way too high at 24° for a good night’s sleep.
