. The staff was very friendly and attentive and very consistent breakfast and good location close to the center. The room size was very small and very noisy during the night.

This was our second stay at Hotel Silla. We love the fact that there is garage parking available for our rental car. The location is great, and the bus into the center of Florance is easy to access. The breakfast is delicious, and our triple room was very spacious. I loved that we had some seating (not just sitting on the bed) and a desk. Very comfortable.

The rooms were clean and modern All good

El hotel está muy bien ubicado
-
Bathroom is very small, towels are very thin, almost like sheets, pillows were very hard
-
The room was big enough and very clean . The breakfast was included and was very good I like everything

The location is fantastic, as it is a very short walk across the river to Uffizi Gallery and old City centre, and similarly a short walk to the covered bridge; but also has a peacefulness being across the river and facing the river. The terasse is fantastic and the breakfast was really superb. Many details were thought out (afternoon free coffee and croissants), great service from front desk, accessibility accommodations.

AC did not work. No lights if you do not have the key in room.
-
Very comfortable rooms and quiet.

The two ladies working there are extremely nice and helpful. Helped with parking, with the room, with our car rental issues. The location is amazing - close to center. They have some parking of their own (with cost). Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is very nice.

Beds were comfortable. Old, dark and outdated facility
-
Friendly staff, comfortable room. Like the location, easy to navigate and close to main attractions.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly every day of our stay—from the front desk, to early mornings at breakfast and evenings on the terrace! Location was excellent! Only 1 thing really—triple room needed more towels. Some days enough and others days not enough for all three of us.

Location was great and Massimo was super helpful The temperature of the room is hard to control No extra blanket

Breakfast was very good. Location is excellent. The room was poorly (barely) furnished and not with a functional air conditioner so obviously the windows had to remain open. There was a large population of mosquitoes living in the room and the bites at night were terrible. The open windows exposed us to a nasty fight across the alley (a different property) with furniture being literally tossed out the window, lots of yelling. This was not the fault of Hotel Silla but would not have been an issue if the windows were shut. This hotel had some nice looking rooms I saw when walking down the hallway but they seemed to use them for the tour groups that frequent this hotel.
