Breakfast was outstanding. No in room refrigerator.

Everything. Staff was helpful with travel suggestions and their restaurant suggestions were excellent. Nothing. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Amazing hosts

Location and the hosts! Bathroom is too tight

Isola d'Arno is located in a great location for discovering Florence but removed from all the frenzy. The hosts are so gracious and helpful. Each morning started with a cappuccino and a delicious spread for breakfast we ate on their beautiful terrace. When my husband left a new pair of pants in our room, they worked with us to send the pants ahead of our travels to our lodging in Rome. So appreciated. We would highly recommend Isola d'Arno.

Beautiful and quiet accommodations right in the heart of Florence. Lorenzo served a beautiful breakfast every morning and he was so kind. Beatrice was very helpful and gave excellent local recommendations. I would highly recommend these accommodations to anyone.

Location is exceptional, breakfast is delicious, being able to sit on the terrace in the sun or moon and enjoy a meal or a glass of wine, exceptional staff, reasonably priced, rooms were simple yet very comfortable. WiFi was a little weak in our room, however the staff moved the repeater and that helped.

The room was comfortable. The staff were so nice and accommodating! We loved the breakfast each morning. Wine window across the street was a bonus!? I can’t think of anything!

Beatrice and Lorenzo are the most amazing hosts! They are very warm and welcoming! You can tell from the moment you walk into their B&B they are very proud of their property. Our room was very spacious and clean. The B&B has a lot of character since it is a very old building, but the rooms are modern. Lorenzo makes the best cappuccinos in the morning! The B&B is in a great location for visiting Florence. It’s close enough to everything you want to see and do, but on a quiet street. Nothing! It’s amazing!

Excellent location, right on the edge of Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio, and the city center. Good b&b to get your day started, light and boutique buffet style, the man in the morning makes a fantastic cappucino. And a lovely terrace. Nothing

Location, second stay here. My flight to Florence was diverted to Forli significantly delaying my arrival. Communication with Beatrice was excellent, and she came to let me in after 11pm. Grazie mille Beatrice. It's all good.

Nothing

Great location, comfortable room, great breakfast, and one of the best cappuccinos we had all trip! The outdoor balcony (shared) is very nice to sit out and have a glass of wine.
-
Hosts were fantastic with advice on the area and recommendations for restaurants. The B&B is an oasis of calm in the center of the frantic activity of Firenze. Room space was a bit tight.
-
Owners, location, breakfast and comfortable beds. Terrace for breakfast or reading is lovey. Nothing.

The property is in a great location. Close enough to walk to many areas in Firenze but not located in a noisy/crowded tourist filled area. The room we had was clean and comfortable and quiet. We liked that there is still an atmosphere of locals living here. We also found a delicious Gelateria less than 2 blocks away! Beatrice and Lorenzo were great hosts! Very attentive and they provided helpful advice and information. There was a booklet in the room that had information about the historic building, as well as restaurant recommendation and the like. The breakfasts were plentiful and the breakfast area outside was lovely. Lorenzo made delicious cappuccinos with refills if requested . There is an elevator that can be used, which is helpful if you might have heavier luggage or are tired after walking more than 20,000 steps a day?. The Wi-Fi didn’t always work, but that wasn’t really the fault of the owners. They tried their best to make it work better.

It’s a warm and beautiful B&B. Great location. Nice accommodations. Super friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Close to the action in Florence but on a quiet street. I liked everything.
-
Loved the exceptional staff, how we were welcomed, and treated daily. The room was even nicer than the photos as I loved how it was modernized with the shower while authentic with the ceiling. Loved the large windows overlooking the court to see over to the patio where we had breakfast and coffee. Loved the safe quiet street with no traffic while being so central and walking everywhere in the Santa Croce area and close to the river.
-
Very good location to enjoy Florence old city. Near everything you want to see there. Very good restaurants and bars in the area. The staff were amazing and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience Florence.

The breakfast offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
