Beautifully decorated, clean, perfect location with friendly accommodating staff Could’ve used some throw blankets. Thankful the air conditioner was so powerful on a 100 degree day unlike other properties in the area but needed some cozy warmth

What a pleasant stay! Perfect location to explore the historic center, close to several attractions and great restaurants. Our room was very spacious, elegantly decorated and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again! Nothing!

Centrally controlled aircon - was v hot in the room and no ability to adjust. No mesh in front of windows to keep mosquitos out and allow window to be open to get fresh air. Bathroom had no space on the sink or near the sink to place toiletries. For a hotel at the level and price - the expectation is that this would have been thought about as more impactful than a full complimentary fridge.

Everything! From Daniel greeting us and making dinner reservations to a very large comfortable room. The location was perfect. Quiet but close to the city square. We would recommend this hotel to guests that want to enjoy Florence by foot. About 25US dollars to get to the hotel from the Florence main train station. No car necessary.

Everything! From Daniel at the reception to our hotel room. And the location of the hotel was perfect. I booked this hotel after reading all the reviews. And I agree with all the guests. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

A truly massive room with unique design style. It felt very luxurious compared to a regular hotel suite, more apartment than regular room. Also the staff was super accommodating and helpful, made the stay excellent.

We loved everything about it.

Very nicely furnished and decorated rooms on two floors of a historic building. Attractive rooms with good size. We stayed for one night and, unfortunately, there was no water in the morning. VERY inconvenient. The explanation was rather general that it affected the entire building and probably block. Didn’t change anything. Apparently, the water was back 1 hour before checkout, but had not manifested in the second floor where our room was located. Bad luck for a long travel day.

The location, comfort, design, large rooms, and staff. Some people on the street wait until the entrance door is opened and come inside. Don’t know if they belong in the building and it concerned us.

Breakfast was great. The location is a half block from the Basilica of Santa Croce, on the edge between the very touristy and the very local areas.

Having a receptionist on hand 24/7 - otherwise one always feels nervous about being able to get back in at night.
