The property location was excellent, communication with the owner was great and the room and amenities were very nice Wonderful bed and pillows, cleanliness and locations very comfortable!

This place was close to everything. Everything was in walking distance for the most part. Great location to catch a taxi and very professional staff. None

Location, security, staff, and size and condition of room and bathroom were all phenomenal. Air conditioning didn’t work one night but started working again in the morning and we had a cockroach in the bathroom. Not unexpected for an old building but had to manage that.

Leonardo was a fantastic host. We absolutely loved the location. Very peaceful. Room is spacious and well appointed. Andrea at the restaurant where breakfast is served was a delight. Bedding could be improved.

I really like location, size of the room, quiet place , cleanliness, and the staff. breakfast - I´m a breakfast person and this restaurant did not meet my standards. I was hungry after the breakfast. But there was great bakery near the hotel so I bought some great food there.

We had an incredible stay. The room was so spacious, clean and had the most unbelievable view of the Santa Croce plaza. The AC worked perfectly and was much needed after long, hot days exploring Florence. The location was perfect - we were able to walk to every destination desired in the city. The staff were so accommodating and eager to help book reservations and transportation when needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. Close to everything and also remarkably quiet and calm. Lovely room overlooking a peaceful green courtyard. Walking distance to all the main sites in Florence.

Great location and beautiful view! It was so close to all the great restaurants and really walkable to anywhere! The room is so beautiful and HUGE. I would 100% be recommending this place to friends and family. And I would book the king room with balcony again. The staff is very friendly and informative! Really no issues with the property besides maybe the rare noises from the square during the weekend, which was understandable. The property provided ear plugs if u needed. It was very minimal

Leonardo is the manager of the hotel and he was absolutely incredible. The most attentive service, kind always, responsive to our needs. He gave us a list of restaurants recommendations and each one we tried was out of this world. He was so helpful on ordering taxis and helping with anything. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and immaculately clean and so comfortable. The shower was super hot with great pressure which is not always easy to get in Europe. The AC worked perfectly. The location is superb to see everything Florence has to offer. Highly recommend this hotel!
