Following its recent reopening, the property reveals beautifully renovated spaces designed by Studio Marco Piva. All rooms and suites, along with the common areas, have been thoughtfully redesigned, combining the highest quality furnishings with a renewed sense of contemporary elegance. Original frescoes, ornate ceilings, and historic architectural elements such as stuccoes and terracotta flooring have been carefully preserved, creating a seamless dialogue between history and modern comfort. The project honors the Baroque identity of Palazzo Ciofi Jacometti while enhancing its timeless character with a sophisticated, contemporary aesthetic. The elegant lounges provide inviting spaces to relax, evoking the charm and grandeur of a noble Florentine residence. Each room and suite is individually designed, combining classic details with modern amenities. High-quality materials and thoughtful touches ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The hotel features its signature restaurant Guelfi e Ghibellini, where guests can enjoy seasonal cuisine inspired by local culinary traditions. The views from the room only

The staff was amazing and the amenities were wonderful. It was down a quiet street and yet everything was walkable. Nothing!

Breakfast was amazing, as were the staff - especially Ali who did our room and Emanuele from the breakfast room. Great location, everywhere can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The hotel has a strange setup where instead of a reception you are checked in at a table with a laptop. The bar and lounge sadly lack atmosphere as the ceilings are super high and so the minimalist designer furniture gets lost and does not fit the space. Other than breakfast we did not use the bar or restaurant for that reason. The room rate was overpriced given that there is no spa, pool or garden, it is literally a palazzo with 36 rooms that feels half furnished.

The staff was outstanding! Dinner at Guelfi e Ghibellini, the hotel restaurant was fantastico! Extremely helpful and courteous! Iuliana, Larissa and Francesco went above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable and memorable! Very clean! Enjoyed the piano music! Good location! The bed was too firm for us.

A total oasis of calm and tranquility in a very busy city! It is close enough for a short walk to the Duomo, but far enough to not be manic and crowded. A beautiful and amazing building. And the staff - fabulous. The WiFi on the top floor on this trip dropped occasionally but if that’s our biggest concern, ignore it.

Excellent location, comfortable hotel rooms with a beautiful view of the city outside the window, and fantastic hotel staff.

Great location, good breakfast, attentive staff, beautiful building. Had the best room with a view of the Duomo. It was expensive for what was offered.

The location was perfect close to everything! You will have to walk so wear comfortable shoes! The hotel is something you see from years ago in NYC. The staff was so helpful! We love filleppe he showed us around the entire place before we checked in! He was the best! So helpful when there was a train strike! And in every other way!! The breakfast, the room was the best! Loved it! Very cozy and historical! The only thing that we had a problem with was the plumbing issue with the toilet. Other than that was perfect!!!
