Location is great-- a short walk to major sites and the train station. The room was adequate but a bit cramped.

The location was excellent, just minutes from Florence landmarks. The bathroom that looked renovated felt modern and clean, and while the breakfast wasn’t extraordinary, it was quite good. The main downsides were the poor quality beds, the slow and tiny elevator, and the initial unpleasant reception at check-in, though it improved afterwards.

the space was very ample compared to other hotels ! the bathroom was also great and clean ! the staff was friendly and there is someone on the reception 24 hrs. We would love to stay here again! is super close to everything in the centre and the station, we walked everywhere! no need for bus or train:)

There was no fridge in room, the phone was not working so i had to walk down to talk with reception. Also no one time use slippers. Be aware.

Proximity to the main train station and everything else really. Decent staff. Cleanliness is okay. The breakfast is not to shabby. Wi-Fi can be better.

The hotel was located very close to train station and all tourist attractions and this was very convenient. The hotel was clean, the room was clean but very small. The breakfast was good. As I said, the room was very small, and the place was little bit too noisy. But the most important thing they did not have safety deposit box and I think they indicated they had it. This was for first time as I remember that there was no safety box and there was a notice in the room that they do take any responsibility for valuables items left in room, they this was very strange and inconvenient, as I had to carry all valuables, money, passport with me at all times.

Great location. Central train station and Cathedral are 5 min by foot. Mercato Centrale is practically behind the corner.

It is very close to the Firenze SMN which is very convenient and close to the Mercanto Market. The room was very clean and personally had a nice view. My room happened to be far from the elevator/stairs which made it like a labyrinth. The desk staff were mixed for helpfulness/personality.
