Location Internet was lacking in parts of the suite so the kids were disappointed in the evenings

Nice place to stay! Central, beautiful and cosy room. Very helpful host!

Nice location, very friendly staff. Clean and comfy. They let us check in earlier with no extra charge and they kept our bags for us when we checked out for free. The only annoying thing was that the shower head kept falling off.
-
Great service In the middle of the city and close to the train station.
-
Staff was kind and helpful Warning about construction, also our room had a step up to the bathroom. I worry someone in a hurry or tired might misstep, and there is a shower in front.

Good location Too small

Design was amazing and colorful ?

I liked the courtesy of the staff, they were always available for information. I liked also the hotel, located in a good position. The room was lovely, comfortable not noisy. You need to watch out for pickpockets on the street

Location was great, very near to central station. The room was clean, albeit very small. The shower is not for big people, but bathroom and facilities were clean and in good working order. Breakfast is a voucher for a nearby cafe - includes a pastry and coffee of choice, both of which were delicious. Communication with Bob was easy and entry instructions were clear. We booked this reservation about two hours before we had to check in, and confirmation was quick. Very small rooms and hallways

Great place, clean and comfortable

The shower was barely big enough for one person which was not ideal and the rooms were a little cramped. My biggest issue was how well sound carried throughout the building. You can hear EVERYTHING. We constantly were woken up by someone walking, closing a door, yelling in the atrium, throwing up (this was late at night and went on for a while), or construction in the building. Not fault of the property owner but still rather annoying.

Great stay! Excellent daily service, bottled water provided, nice breakfast, and a helpful host with tour maps. Very convenient location. We’d love to come back NA

I needed a place close to the train station, and this was about 500 meters away, so the location was acceptable for me. The apartment is on the second floor of a building and consists of only a few rooms, so it is small and gets noisy. On my first morning, the staff (or possibly the owner) came to drag heavy items in the narrow corridor at 6:30 am. I’m not sure why it couldn’t wait until later, but it was extremely disrespectful, as they didn’t even try to keep it quiet. The room was also very cold. There was a heater, but it didn’t work once during my two day stay. I’m not sure if there are any regulations against heating apartments in Florence, but if you stay here, be prepared to sleep in thermals and sweaters. Overall, I cannot recommend this place. You can find much better accommodations in Florence.

“Great location, neat and clean room, nicely decorated. I added breakfast, but it was very poor (one croissant with a cappuccino). I’m not sure if other hotels in Florence offer the same, but booking without breakfast at the lowest price was superb.”

nothing to say

The location was my favorite part of our trip. It was an easy tram ride and bag drag from the airport to the train station and over to the hotel. I enjoyed being closer to the central market and the breakfast spot was great. The shower was small and needed an upgrade which we were told is in the planning stages right now.

Location was excellent. Additionally, Massimo is communicative and responds quickly. We enjoyed the breakfast at the nearby cafe, which was within a 5-6 minute walking distance. We booked with room with a separate shower. The biggest issue with the shower is how narrow it is. Additionally, while showering, the toilet will "go off " and make a series of loud noises as you shower that were annoying and could be heard outside the restroom. The room lacks enough electric plugs. We had one outlet for two people and needed to share it throughout the stay. The bed is a bit uncomfortable as it is firm and can cause some back pain in the morning.

Self checkin. Parking was farther away than described. Requiring a long walk with suitcases and backpacks.

Very clean and well appointed unit. Massimo answered all the questions we had immediately and was so helpful with recommendations of restaurants and things to do. He made us feel very welcome! I can’t wait to come back to Florence and when I do, I will be staying at Massimo’s Residenza Olimpo City Center! Thank you, Massimo! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!
