Amazing location and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and love how we order our breakfast and select a time the night before. It’s the perfect way to start the day. This location makes Florence even more walkable than it already is and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. Our room had so much character, it was a great space with a huge bathroom. If staying with 3-4 people the suite with multi-levels is perfect. Nothing - it was wonderful.

Nothing, it was great

The staff were super friendly and check in was easy. We appreciated the large room and bathroom along with some of the added guest amenities. Location was central and breakfast was outstanding!

The breakfast room was adorable and the breakfast was delicious. I liked the option of choosing your breakfast rather than a typical buffet style Nothing. Everything was perfect

The location was perfect and the bed was comfortable. The suite was large with a sitting area featuring a couch, chair, and table. Can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like.

The location was excellent along with the service. I absolutely loved the breakfast space it is so beautiful and the selections were great!! I wish I would have spent more time!

The staff, location and communication was excellent. The hotel had a very specific style and was well executed. The bathroom was very tiny and I would have appreciated more water being available.

Loved the location and breakfast!

Huge beautiful and clean room, nice view, amazing location. Very nice service at breakfast and tasty but not very rich breakfast. The hotel is at the third floor of a regular building. They use old fashioned keys (you get to carry three of them). Besides at breakfast (very kind, helpful and smiley guy) and the clean room - the service was not very good. The reception was supposed to be active between 8AM and 8PM or so (don't remember exactly), but we never saw anyone there in the morning besides at check-in and check-out (that were quick and efficient). No service outside those hours, even if you need something as basic as soap they forgot to add when cleaning the room. But they are nice.

we was very sutisfied, the room was very comfortable, silent, clean and in very good classic style very compatible with the fashion of Florence and his beautiful history. The staff was very nice and gentle, breakfast was home made on specific request of good and fresh quality. My wife ( the boss of my live) was very glad to stay in this hotel and very sutisfied. Thank very much.

Alessandro was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful and prepared quite to our liking: they were happy to fulfill exactly what we wanted and were not bothered when we showed up an hour before or after the time that we thought we would. The location was on one of the main plazas within easy walking distance of the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Academia, and other attractions. There were plenty of places to eat and places to buy trinkets close by. The arrival procedure wasn't clear. The taxi dropped us at a nondescript door. It wasn't clear that we needed to press a doorbell button labeled something vaguely similar to the name, enter when buzzed, then take the elevator to the third floor.

Stunning accommodation right in the centre of Florence located on the third floor of an historic building close to the Basilica de San Lorenzo. Our room was huge and it was very well sound proofed. The air conditioning was a great bonus as it was 33 degrees celsius oustide. The bed was really comfortable and had great pillows, needless to say we had a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and lovely. Alessandro couldn't have been more helpful answering all our questions in perfect english. The breakfast was delicious, served to us by a lovely gentleman and the breakfast room has a gorgeous view of the beautiful Basilica de San Lorenzo.

Beautiful spacious accommodation appointed very thoughtfully. Clean, modern and in the perfect location to reach any part of the city. The host, Alessandro is welcoming and knowledgeable and a wealth of information. The piazza it’s located on is a lively hub of activity that has limited car access making it more enjoyable. Every evening there’s musicians performing and people enjoying the bistros which are all in walking distance of the B and B. Everything you need to experience the city is right there. Our room overlooked the Medici home as well as their church. Nothing

Great area. Clean. Staff was very helpful. Only request would be to let guests know there is a light for the stairs in hallway. We liked taking the stairs and didn't know until last day that we could use a light to see down and up dark hallway

My room and bathroom were amazing!!! Florence unfortunately was extremely packed earlier than anticipated so that was a little much for me and I couldn't leave my window open due to the noise but closing it shut it out. It was great to walk to anywhere. The bed was sooo comfortable as well as the pillows and the bathroom - WOW! It also had an AC which was a treat! There's an elevator thank goodness, no more stair climbing. The host was wonderful and held my bags at the beginning and end of my stay. The breakfast area was super cute but I didn't not join for breakfast so can't reference it but I'm sure it was great. I would absolutely stay here again! How crowded Florence was, will come at a different time next visit.

Phenomenal location with easy walking distance from train station, just around the corner from Duomo. Our room had a view of the dome. The room was gorgeous, spacious, and quiet. Excellent breakfast that could be added on (we did this on our last day, and it was delicious).

Loved this hotel. The staff was so nice helping us find their hotel. They were so friendly and very welcoming. Our room was really nice! The bed was super comfy. The room was big and had a windows looking out where people would play their instruments. The hotel has a great location! I highly recommend
