Aircon was very loud and door didn’t properly lock due to age of door

So classic and clean. The bathroom had large tub. Although there is a shower the large tub size and distance to the ground when stepping out is dangerous. Really hurts if you fall. ?‍? NOT advisable for older or handicap. BUT KEP IN MIND. There is a detached bathroom outside in the hall that is community and is a shower only. That would’ve worked for me had I seen it before. With that in mind I would DEFINITELY Stay here again. The staff and breakfast was really really awesome.

The building design is outstanding, giving the stay a wonderful Florentine authenticity. Breakfast was good, with a good range of options, a variety of juice, cereals, cheese, milk, boiled eggs, cupcakes, toast, ham, and infinite amount of coffee. The rooms are very cute, but the walls to the neighboring rooms are pretty thin, allowing all kinds of noise to be heard.

Not much. The structure and facilities are very old, and maintenance is poor. There are very few power outlets. There was a wardrobe in my room that looked like it came straight out of a horror movie. The bathroom is extremely cramped—especially the shower stall, which is extremely tight and floods easily.

Location Not clean, the staff called Giicel was not friendly. It took her a long time to respond my message. I was in the property for a while and didn’t know where is the reception.

  • Engine customer Sep 2025

The location is very ideal for majority of the attractions in Florence. More than anything else, the staff are awesome. They are very helpful and responsive at all times. The common kitchen area at the residence is absolutely a plus. Nothing. I will surely recommend this place.

The breakfasts were nice and on a cute patio, and the air conditioning in the room worked well. It is situated about 10-15 minutes walk from the train station. It was roughly 20 minutes walk from the main area. Initially, it was a bit complicated to find, and you have to read carefully through the information sent because you check in at a different place than where you stay.

The location was easy walk to major sites. Good breakfast.

Rooms in an old building. Good breakfast choices. Good location Bathroom and shower were too small? Unstable WiFi - daytime, evening

    Very good

  • Engine customer Feb 2025

I was there for work. Internet connection in my room was just terrible. Had two calls cancelled cause the connection was really bad.

The room was quite old-styled. I was staying there for 1 day so for me it was quite good, but staying for me is a bit hard. Bathroom is small and also old. Breakfast was quite good, but you need to come to hotel behind, so it was not so comfortable. All in all, the room was not bad and experience not bad as well

    Overpriced.

The location was very convenient and close to things we wanted to see. Charming historic neighborhood. A bit dated in the facilities such as the bathroom.

  • Engine customer Sep 2024

The location was a perfect walk to all the major attractions, and the staff was very friendly. I’m a woman traveling alone and I felt very safe there because they had multiple doors you need access to. I was late to the breakfast and they let me still enjoy a coffee and a croissant. Thanks again to Ivan and Ana!

I got a small room with an uncomfortable bed, room 6. it was quite clean and beautiful. check-in was easy and fast. There is a kitchen where you can eat. I didn't like the noisy air conditioner, It's impossible to sleep from 8am, because there's a kindergarten across the street and the kids scream like crazy all day long. Be careful with paying the city tax, they wanted to charge me double.

I love the decoration and breakfast! The staff also help a lot. The air conditioner was making loud noise and the mode was set to be automatic so I can’t change it.

  • Engine customer Jul 2024

The AC could have worked a lil better, but still had a nice sleep.

Good value. Good staff. Good location. Dated in a cure way Air con machine was super loud
