Lovely pool, location, service, and grounds. On the T2 metro, easy access to the train. Water in the room was not as cold as I might wish for, but the pool did the trick.

Friendly staff, nice pool, great breakfast, comfortable rooms. Easy to get to from train station. Ac didn't work great in our room, but it was cool enough.

The apartment was perfect for our family to use while we stayed here. The pool was NECESSARY for Florence's 103 weather days. The staff was phenomenal! So sweet and kind, very helpful, and great towards my children! My daughter has allergies and they went above and beyond to make the breakfast special for her.

Beautiful villa from 1700s converted to a hotel gives the feeling of being in a historical building. Breakfast is amazing (so much fruit!!), staff are very kind, round the clock reception, really nice pool and garden area. Big bathroom and high ceilings and chandeliers. Bed is super comfortable and the furnishings are on theme with the villa. There’s also an elevator. Big comfortable communal area to sit and read books or do some work. Feels like living in your own villa! This is on the outer edge of the main city so the neighborhood is quiet. It’s about 26 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and 15 minutes to Mercato Central. Nearby there’s a Carrefour and a pharmacy. From the train station it’s a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi. The AC was stuck at 25 C in our room which was a bit warm for me however it seemed to be fixed by the last day.

Location was wonderful—walkable to town but outside of it enough to be quiet & peaceful. Breakfast & the pool were wonderful. Gardens were beautiful. Apartment was spacious & comfortable. Wonderful hotel. Nothing!

Great location, only a 15‑minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was extremely comfortable.

5/5 stars! The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Perfect location for walking to all the main sites, and having secure parking was a massive plus. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay in Florence.
