Very clean, comfortable bed, great taxi service. Delicious buffet. A few of the front desk staff members weren’t very helpful.

The bed (mattress and pillow) was (were) perfect. The bathroom was fine, perhaps slightly small. The hotel was very quiet, both inside and outside. The cleaning was fast and excellent. Its location was a bit outside of downtown (15-20 minutes walk), although just next to tram and bus stations. Overall a very good hotel. The breakfast was good but not excellent: eggs were either scrambled (below average) or hard-boiled; omelets were additional and expensive; coffee was limited to Americano but one could ask for espresso or capuccino, just not advertised; a bit limited.

Great location beautiful rooms and very helpful, friendly staff. Highly recommend staying at the Star Hotel Michelangelo Florence. .I will certainly rebook and I suggest from the train station you take the tram T1 as it an is easy one stop costing 2 euro. Breakfast was fantastic staff are more than happy to get you a cappuccino r.arramge taxis to where you want to go. My evening dinner on the last night scored 2/10 due to the unappetizing white beans and slow cooked beef in red wine which was not a sauce more like the liquid the meat was cooked in. Unfortunately I would not have an evening g meal again.

good parking facilities beneath the hotel. The lady on reception was quite abrupt and wouldn't let us store our bikes in our rooms, she could have tried to smile and been a bit more accommodating. It felt like guests were a bit of an inconvenience to her day.

The location was absolutely perfect for the concert that we were attending. The staff was amazing and the breakfast perfect. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable.
