The hotel room was spacious and immaculate. The spa amenities were amazing and the breakfast included was delicious. Everything was great.

Room was very clean and the marble was dramatic. Bathroom was huge and the shower impressive with all of the different jets and steam capability. The bed was ultra comfortable. Access to the spa is a must and was such a welcome respite from the heat and the walking. I did not like the quality of the conditioner. The spa is only open from 4:30 to 8:30 and you had to reserve in 1.5 hr increments which wasn’t necessary bad as it guaranteed it was not crowded, however a later window would be great.

Loved the location, large room, breakfast, cleanliness and courteous staff. Which we had time for the spa but had made plans for the evening hours when the spa open.

The property looked brand new even though I know it’s now been several years since they opened. Absolutely immaculate public spaces, and my room was exceptionally clean as well. Maybe add bathrobes along with the slippers? In a four star hotel that seems to be somewhat standard.

walking distance...15 minutes to Santo Spiritus...parking...room very nice It was perfect...we were flying out in the morning...the cab was ready when we came down in the morning!

Nice decoration in rooms and hotel itself. Very good, helpful and responsive staff. Parking inside the property (for 35 E per night) Location was ok not great. Price was a little high.
