Great location, awesome restaurants.

New and great location.

Very lovely property, clean and comfortable, great breakfast and staff. Lack of relaxation facilities like pool or spa. I also think it was a tad overpriced, including the food which was nice but expensive

It’s was a nice quaint setting. Close to main travel your destinations like the Duomo and Museums. Hotel rooms very comfortable. Dining area beautiful It was ideal. No complaints I will say it was hard to find at first. And you Must register your car either hotel within 3 hours of arriving or you’ll get penalties from traffic lights for not being a local driver

This property was absolutely gorgeous, all the dining spaces were lovely, the room was so cute. And all the little attention to detail in the features was so thoughtful. Loved the intelligence of the design as well for example excellent lighting and poof stool in front of full length mirror so i can do my makeup while my husband showers. Just excellent use of space and we had the smallest room option! It’s designed in a way to feel bigger and efficient. Even the waters which by the way they stock and replenish for free are the cutest water bottles I have ever seen. The location is a bit outside the city centre but we actually loved that it was quiet and peaceful. We ate at the Alessio restaurant for brunch and it was amazing!! There are no complaints here - this is so minor but the temp control is really bright at night maybe there is a way to turn the light off not sure - but like so minor does not at all take away from this wonderful hotel.

The grounds. The staff. Unable to get an ice bucket to chill a bottle of wine Elevators were difficult to engage. Multiple guests stranded. Absolutely do not understand why you have a dedicated elevator for staff only that is needed for guests. Ridiculous

The Hoxton is a newly renovated hotel; really great space / courtyard area. Most of all, the rooms are all new, with great functions. They gave us an upgrade to a larger room; it was very spacious and comfortable. Courtyard noise can be heard from room, but Firenze goes to sleep early, so not an issue for sleep. Front desk is slow at check-in process.

Location was very convenient and the staff from top to bottom were absolutely outstanding Francesco and Karen in the morning at breakfast could not do enough to help and Make sure things were ready Fabio the manager of the bar area and his staff were incredible he also took it upon himself to book a restaurant for our dinner ( outside the hotel) I cannot say that I have experiences quality of hospitality and efficiency throughout an entire hotel Remarkable Nothing

Amazing staff! Very nice, really helpful. Very comfortable hotel, very modern too; even if it's styled a bit older, everything works really well in it's systems and layout. The location is great, with a nice short walk into the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, nice cafe and restaurant on the ground floor. The neighborhood is quiet and away from the touristy areas, but accessible by walking!

Air conditioning was not working or faulty

I normally don’t do hotel breakfast, much less buffet breakfast, but I ended up doing breakfast at the Hoxton Florence almost every day. Eggs are freshly cooked! Coffee was great. Francesco our waiter was phenomenal, so kind and amicable! The windows actually insulate from the noise, no need for earplugs. 1. The room was incredibly warm. I think they leave the thermostat in heating mode and you can’t change it yourself. 2. The pillows were perhaps some of the worst pillows I have ever slept in. I expect bad pillows from cheap hotels but not the Hoxton. It is not the Ritz, sure, but my Air BnB in Rome had real foam pillows. The Hoxton’s were practically flat, might as well not be sleeping on anything. 3. Do to a mistake booking mistake, the reservation had one person for each of the two rooms we reserved. The second room was The Biggy with a king bed for my 2 sisters and I. We’ve stayed at other Hoxtons (London and Amsterdam) like this no issue. We have slept comfortably in a large king size when we travel together the three of us since we are petite, would not do this with anyone other than my sisters. The Hoxton Florence insisted on adding another bed to the room and forcing us to pay an additional $80/per night for the bed. According to them, it was safety reasons though they could not articulate what exactly those reasons were since there are already 3 of us in a room. They just insisted that something could happen. Though parents with children can keep the one bed with no issue, even though any potential safety or emergency escape issue would still be the same. We sent some items for laundry and the service they use shrank my sister’s cashmere sweater! They offered no reimbursement for it.

Quiet Location. Away from the busy center but only a 15 minute walk. Nice cafes nearby for coffee and pastries. Luxury property at an excellent price point. Helpful staff. Comfy beds. Spotless. If you want an à la carte breakfast, you have to go to the wine bar area vs the breakfast room.

Room and bathroom are spacious. Breakfast was very good! You have options for your eggs and coffee. Location is a little walk to the attractions but it is a straight shot.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Hoxton in Florence. From check-in to check-out, we were on cloud nine. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and both the hotel and our room were gorgeous and impeccably clean. The breakfast was something we genuinely looked forward to every morning, amazing food + delicious coffee + friendly staff. :) Bonus: The hotel offers a WhatsApp service, which makes it easy to request things like room service or adapters for electronics – and they always responded within just a few minutes. We were so impressed! Can't think of anything – If I could rate the Hoxton 15/10, I would! We will be back!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Check-in and check-out were seamless and efficient, which made the experience smooth from start to finish. The room was a decent size, and while it didn’t offer much of a view, it was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, featuring both a bidet and a large walk-in shower. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s outdoor terrace, as well as the lounge bar and restaurant, which added to the overall ambiance. The room lacked sufficient cupboard and dresser space, which made it a bit inconvenient to properly unpack during our stay. Unfortunately, housekeeping missed cleaning our room on one of the days. Despite notifying the staff twice, the issue was not resolved, and no effort was made to compensate for the inconvenience. Additionally, while the hotel is located in a pleasant and quieter area, it is not as central as suggested, approximately a 20-minute walk to the city center.
