Great location. Strong air conditioning. Excellent staff with a nice happy hour. Includes lots of amenities including robes and slippers in the bathroom! Hot water was touch and go.

Excellent location. Just far enough to be quiet and close enough to be fun. The room was spacious and well appointed. Great view from the private terrace, comfortable bed, and great water pressure.

Arte Boutique's staff was very friendly and engaging. Our room, which was a spacious suite, had an amazing view of the duomo. The happy hour during early evening was a relaxing time for a pre-dinner cocktail. We had some mosquitoes in our room throughout our stay and both of us ended up with multiple bites despite killing a half dozen of them over a 5-night stay, and they were present whether or not the windows were open.

Location was good. Walkable to train. Staff was exceptional! Was Italy Labor Day and the area was completely packed. Was walkable to many historical sites.

Excellent location and convenient to all major historic sites and museums It was very difficult to drive to the hotel due to restricted zone and road closures . Navigation got lost and was not helpful . It would be best if the staff directed us to their garage to drop off the car and then we could take a taxi to the hotel . An even better option if garage provided a service of dropping customers off us at hotel and parked our car after . Other hotels offer this service .

Very happy with the room, location, and staff.

Breakfast was a simple cold breakfast buffet (pastries, cold cuts & cheese, yogurt, fruit , granola, eggs & pancakes). Lovely juices and coffee. Perfect for our family of 4. The location was amazing!! It was our first time there so the hotel was an easy walking distance to everything. Even made it easy when we needed a quick rest between activities. Staff was wonderful and really helpful how to get the most out of short stay in Florence. Highly recommend.

Great location and nice boutique hotel. Staff was very friendly and the happy hour was a nice touch. Room was nice and matched photos online. Wished breakfast was included and one room was tight for family of five.
