We loved the location and we loved meeting with Stefano who gave us many great suggestions for our day in Florence.

The property was near the city center and easy to access all the things. The man who checked us in was very knowledgeable and gave us a map with suggestions for things to do and see. It was very clean and it had air conditioning which was so necessary during the heat wave. The steps but thankfully we only had to go up one flight.

No electricity -- no windows in the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! requested refund- moved to a different hotel

Amazing location!! Easily walk to all the main sights. The staff were super friendly. We had a later check in and they were very accommodating and sent helpful videos. Property was very clean and had everything you could need in the room. Room was very spacious as well! The bathroom shower could have used another shelf — we did have to place our products on the floor but not a big deal for us.

The bed is amazing. The darkness to sleep gives you a full recovery to continue your vacation! Eveything was perfect!

Host Stephano was excellent. Knowledgeable and helpful. Ask for food and dining recommendations and you won't be disappointed. The location is minutes from the historical center of Florence and its attractions, but without the crowds. The rooms are a good value. Note that there is no elevator to the second floor location. Stephano assists with luggage, but you need to be able to climb stairs. Breakfast at the Twisty Bistro across the street provides a wonderful immersion into the local culture; it was fun to drink coffee, eat a croissant, and watch the local regulars come in every morning and chat with each other and the barista... Italian gestures and conversations at their best! Nothing.

Quiet, clean, secure, friendly manager, fantastic location-just and 5 minute walk to the Duomo and market. Thermostat did not work, set at 21C which was too cold for me, and the instant coffee was disappointing.

Very generous room size, excellent location, manager was very helpful. Need more space in bathroom for toiletries - a little table, perhaps.

Exactly as pictured, or better! Stefano made sure we had everything we needed and gave us a lot of good tips and recommendations for exploring Florence. Great communication!

Centre to everything.. not noisy at night. Had kitchen facilities fridge, microwave plus big area to eat . Stefano very helpful No issues.

Location It was all good

Clean, convenient to the central part of Florence. Host met us, carried our bags up (yay!) and gave us a "Florence top 10" places to visit -- including ways to avoid some crowds. Mosquitos. Italy doesn't do window screens, so perhaps it is on us. We like to sleep with the window open. Bed was a bit hard, but we found quilted pads in the wardrobe to use to make it better.

Amazing location and excellent host! Everything we needed was within a 10 minutes walk but usually closer. The building was extremely quiet, comfortable beds, well maintained, and Stefano was available if we needed anything. (Which we didn’t). I highly recommend asking him where to eat so you avoid the touristy restaurants. I will absolutely stay here again when I return to Florence. Twist Bistrot is the perfect spot for coffee and it’s right across the street as well as a grocery store. I loved everything about this property!
