Location is great, very central and easy to walk to the main attractions in the centre of town. Safe area and nice hotel. I didn't have the breakfast so cannot comment. Everything was great, there is nothing that I didn't enjoy or like.

Everything! The room was amazing, it was calm and clean, the bed is amazing and the staff super friendly. We even came back for another, extra night.

The elevator is a bit sketchy, if not handled properly. Entry into the building can be a bit tricky, should you forget your keyes.

Clean and comfortable room that looks just like the photos. Great location and convenient to get to on the Tram from the airport. Loved the water pressure in the shower Tiny old elevator which is typical of the area but convenient for getting bags up and down.

Great, quiet location, and our room had a view of the Duomo. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and made parking in the ZTL zone, simple and affordable. We especially liked the clean modern bathroom and shower with great water pressure. The only minor issue was a small amount of noise coming from the upstairs room occasionally.

Really helpful staff. I needed something printed and they helped me with that. They also stored our bags after check out.

The location is very convenient with walking distance to everywhere. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The room is quiet and clean, the view of duomo through the window is amazing. Everything is perfect!!! We will definitely come back.

- Everything is clean, the room is equipped with an AC for both heating and cooling - In a quiet and beautiful neighborhood (next to a park with lots of bus stops). Easy walk to SMN train station, chinatown, other places might need transportation - The staff is a huge pros, very attentive and kind - Beautiful view of Duomo's dome Nothing really
