Ridolfi Guest House

Location is good, close to the center. The elevator is tiny only one person can fit with suitcase hardly. You have to go all the way up with suitcases and take the key and at the end it was not even working. We went for check in the lady was polite and helpful. She showed the room and wow there is the bathroom inside the room. It is in the corridor very old one and smells. Meanwhile in the booking it is written private. When I asked why they put private, she explained than only we can use it. You are out of the room almost all day how can you know that you are the only one to use it. I highly do not recommend this facility because if you pay euro 170 per night you need to get a room al least bathroom inside the room Bathroom outside the room, old, stinkie

Having an elevator was a great plus Lights in the stairs didn’t work. We had to use the flashlight on our phone to open the door.

The location was good. Only met the cleaning lady, no other staff. There was no breakfast. The bathroom door does not lock, sink coming away from wall, shower head held up by string, mold at bottom of the shower (inside and outside), flush panel was missing, mold on bottom of entry door and laminate flooring separating and buckled. Leak in AC unit. Beds were super uncomfortable. One night was one too many. Overall not what is pictured as advertised AND overpriced.

Overall it was a nice experience! The bathroom door had no key and couldn’t close properly.

Super cute Italian apartment. Cute building and just a short walk into downtown. The manager owner is super sweet and helped us a lot. Recommend and it is a great value for the price and place. Nothing

High ceilings, good location, historic building. Access to a shared kitchen and ac. The lift is small and requires a few steps so fyi if you need something fully accessible.

breakfast, though offsite was good. We booked a private bathroom and the room left for us to stay in didn't have a private bathroom. We arrived at the hotel at 4 pm, there was no one there to instruct us, except another guest. There were only two rooms left, we were not instructed what room was ours and the guest said everyone staying there just picked a room. When I booked the hotel room I specifically requested parking. The parking was 1 mile away and cost $35.00. Totally unacceptable.

Cozy and comfortable place. All amenities were good. Staff did their best to communicate with us in English and were very friendly. Bathroom could be updated. Some things in bathroom needs a little love and attention from a handyman.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was excellent, and the size of the rooms was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were outstanding, providing everything needed. The lady in charge was very welcoming and had a beautiful smile, which made the experience even more pleasant. The only thing I didn’t like was that I was informed a day before my stay that breakfast was canceled. However, the cost of breakfast and the city tax was refunded to me.”

Quiet location and good sized room We could tell which door on the street was ours because a broken open bag of trash left on the sidewalk next to the door. It was there our whole time. Breakfast was included however it was at a nearby cafe. First morning we couldn’t find it. Second morning we didn’t even try and the third morning we tried again and found it, but it was closed. Weren’t happy.

Advertised parking but the nearest car park was 10 minutes away and cost an extra 20 euros. Bathroom not in hotel room had to walk down a shared corridor to reach it. Shared kitchen was untidy and dirty.

It was a clean and charming place to stay ^_^ We had breakfast in a cafe near the guest house, and the location of the hotel was close to almost everything The guest house had a tiny elevator, so people with claustrophobia would not enjoy travelling through it. Also, we had a bathroom out of the room, which was a bit uncomfortable

location. the location is good which is close to the railway station 1 The bathroom is not in the same space as the bedroom, and you have to walk through a public hallway to get to the bathroom； 2 The room is not very clean. The scale in the kettle is so thick that it is slightly better after repeated washing with baking soda； 3 The landlord can't be reached in time. I paid the community tax and then I texted the landlord and didn't respond. 4 I ordered breakfast at the hotel, but I had to walk some way to the main road to get it； 5 The room is noisy. The house is not soundproof, in addition to hearing the voices of people in other rooms, you can also hear the sound of cars on the road. 6 No covers, no blankets, no duvet

Very comfy little questhouse near all the famous landmarks of Firenze. Everything was perfect. Special thanks to staff❤️ We were bit dissappointed to breakfast. Only croissant, coffee and juice, but the Valu breakfast place was lovely.
