Close to city center. Walking distance from the main attractions. Helpful stuff. Rooms require renovation. The window of my room wasn’t nice - it was too high so you can’t really check the view.

Super, super clean. On a very quiet street, with only a 5-10 walk to the historical center. Nice, large room for 3 people. Well laid out bathroom. SUPER hostess who works extremely hard to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

Highly recommended this property. The location is a little more on the outskirts but not a bad walk to the city center! Staff was great! .

We enjoyed a breakfast of orange juice, coffee, flakey croissants, and a selection of biscuits & muffins on the quiet patio, either with other guests of just with the cat and turtles. Within walking distance of the train station and most attractions. Bus stops are also close by and easy to use. The proprietor was a wonderful hostess; gracious and very helpful, she made us feel welcome and at-home. Very highly recommend! Having to leave!

We were received by our host Franchesca who was very welcoming and helpful. She showed us our room and facilities. The kitchen was equip with utensils, microwave etc..Breakfast was served, Italian style great coffee and pastries, fruites. Our room was very spacious and clean. The whole BNB theme Florence common areas had books, children and adults games to keep you entertained if you had time. Walking distance to all areas but out of the way of crowds. Nothing.

The property was spotless. The host was very insightful and helped us navigate our 24 hours in Florence to optimize our time there which was super appreciated! The pillows were extremely flat and uncomfortable. I would highly recommend adding extra pillows for those who need it.

The shower was great pressure, temperature, and space. That's been a rarity in Italy. The host greeted us and helped us by trekking us advice about the city sights. It's located close enough to everything! She serves a sit-down Italian-style breakfast each day, which is such a nice bonus. She lives on site, so if you need anything, she's readily available. All good

Our room was smaller than expected but quaint, comfortable and clean. Located within easy distance to the train station and in a nice quiet area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great communication and directions to find the place. Breakfast was quite basic but adequate to start the day.
