We really liked our room and the balcony. It was clean, smelled good, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff helped us with coffee. Another big plus was that we could leave our luggage and use the bathroom after check-out. The only downside was the shower — we had to wait for the water to heat up.

The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. As far as the breakfast is concerned, the food was delicious and the kind staff refilled the buffet constantly until the end of the breakfast serving time.

Loved that it had available parking, for a reasonable cost. Outside the tourist zone so you can drive to it. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee were great. Checkin instructions can be improved.

Everything was amazing A little bit hard to know where to check in but a sign on gate of elevator would fix that easily.

We had an amazing stay here, we were upgraded to the deluxe room which was definitely 4* worthy, huge room with kettle, fridge, actual duvet rather than a sheet, comfy large bed, lovely balcony. I would definitely recommend getting the deluxe room! The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is a little out of the centre but a really easy 20 min walk through a safe area if you don’t mind walking. We loved Florence so would definitely come back to this hotel. Not a negative thing but the entry way is a little confusing as the hotel is only on a couple of floors not a whole building, so you have to go up some dark stairs first and go up to the first floor, but once we knew where we were it felt safe and secure with a PIN code on the hotel door :)

Honestly everything was as expected, breakfast and coffee were good, room service excellent. I can't complain decent price and top service. If people expect more well they can go pay more too in other places

There is an ancient dodgy lift to use in this hotel if you don't want to carry suitcases up the stairs.

Reception was really helpful and friendly as were the kitchen staff and for a city hotel it was very quiet and peaceful. Leisurely 20min walk into centre of Florence so great location.

Good overall. The receptionist was kind and helpful, breakfast was plenty, room had AC. The bed in our room was not a queen size, more like a full size(134.5cm X 190.5cm).

The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is in a perfect location, quiet and safe but easy to walk into the city. The lifts were unusual but worked fairly well. The TV was a bit clunky.
