Lovely staff: Giampalo was extremely helpful and friendly! I could hear everything in the room beside mine: I had an early morning, and they had a very late night so ended up only getting roughly 2 hrs sleep

Hotel was in great location, parking available. Staff was super nice and helpful. It was chique boutique hotel. And my friends plane got canceled so they extended the stay for another night.

It's in a very quiet area. I was able to leave my luggage there in the morning as I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time. The bed was very comfortable. I had good sleeps every night. nothing

Great, clean rooms with AC which is not too loud. Staff is super kind and the breakfast is truly amazing. The location is also very nice, just next to the river and outside the busy and noisy area. Would definitely consider coming back. Literally nothing

Intimate escape from the bustle of central Florence yet in close walking distance. Our room was a Junior Suite so quite large, nicely decorated with windows opening out to a fantastic view of the Arno and the city. A bottle of wine and fruit were waiting for us upon arrival and we had no hassle with our car which a valet whisked away for us - so lovely first impression. The rooftop terrace for a cocktail is small but with an amazing view of Brunelleschi's Dome in the distance. We tried to reserve a night later this summer but unfortunately they are all booked. We'll be back. This is picky, but the pillows are a bit hard and an extra blanket would have been nice. But in fairness we didn't ask staff for adjustment so it's possible they could have accommodated us.

It’s away from the crowded places but at the same time near and everything is walkable. If given an opportunity will stay here again. Great value, None.

Beautiful hotel, loved the decor and the facilities. The shower box was not sealed properly and the floor got wet when we showered. But I believe it’s a quick fix, nothing that takes from the experience.

4th floor and rooftop with Austria & Kazakhstan consulates on first floor. U.S. embassy down the block. Views of the Arno River. Well designed. Comfortable, quiet, nice amenities. Cozy rooftop lounge area for aperativo. Lovely “living room” where breakfast is served. Nothing

Beautiful and stylish hotel close to the center of Florence. That staff was welcoming. All facilities were spotless! Breakfast was great with lots of options, including coffee refills. The young woman serving breakfast was fast and very friendly, she even remembered the table we preferred to sit at each morning. A lovely experience for us, we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at 4F hotel! Although we didn't spend much time at the hotel during our one night, it was comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast was completely ready, but they made sure we got a morning cappuccino before we left. The location is a little out of the way from the city center, but was easily walkable along the river, and also was close to public transportation stations for us to get to the train station and airport.

Very stylish and conveniently located very close to the centre of Florence Having to pay €70 for our car to be garaged out of the ZTL zone. This was not clear when we booked. Two light bulbs not working in our room. We mentioned it to the concierge, but it was not fixed. No TV in the room
