Great

Location was great. On-site parking was a great plus for us. Staff was very friendly. The rooftop restaurant was definitely an unexpected gem that served our favorite meals from 2 weeks of traveling Italy. If we ever come to Florence again, this is where we will stay. The only thing I would consider changing is adding a microwave to the room. And really, we didmiss one in our stay.

AC was underpowered

Very nice location, quiet, and the staff is so helpful

Great room in an awesome place with a magnificent terrace. Splendid facilities. Small shops nearby for coffee/ice-cream/fruits. Easy access to the bus towards Florence center. Excellent neighborhood. All great!

The room/appartment is large and comfortable. It is perfectly clean. The staff is very reactive and even has delicate attention to the customers. The neighbourhood is very quiet and convenient with a bus stop within 200 m with busses that take 11 to 20 minutes to go to the centre of Florence. A nice place to recommend.

The staff was really welcoming and helpful. They were quick to solve any issues that we faced. The laundromat was also heaven-sent. We had issues with our first bedroom, which did not have a kitchen, so they very quickly moved us to another room that better matched our needs. We had issues with the shower running out of hot water. Our first bedroom was also somehow noisy, and the "public" kitchen area was insufficient. If you do not have a car, it is also quite a walk to reach the main tourist part of the town

Hot tubs on the roof to view the cityscape. They have a washer/dryer combo to clean your clothes. It’s more of an apartment as there is a stove , sink and a hot water maker for coffee/tea. There is even dishes and silverware. Varnish on the wooden tables was coming out off so it was sticky.
-
The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. Parking was easy. Also very close to two different transit stops for quick access into Florence. Also had all sorts of utensils and cups so you could eat and drink in the main room.

The apartment was dated but kept in great repair.

Its operated more like an Air-BnB, so there is no full-time attendant, but they make a point to be there when you arrive, so let them know your arrival time. She communicated using WhatsApp. There is a bus stop nearby ( Bus #11) and it goes right to the train station after going through the historic town region (which is near the train station). All you need to do is tap your credit/debit card when you get on the bus. Its about a 25 euro ride on the taxi. However, it is a nice 45 minute walk (a little over 2 miles) though.

Easy bus access to downtown. The bed was quite comfortable. The hot tub wasn't hot... It was just a tub full of luke warm water on the roof with a blinking 'change filter' light. That was gross, and since we only booked here because of the hot tub afterwards, this was a bit of a downer. Also add that the fixtures in the bathroom were really cheap - imagine yourself having a shower while holding the all the pipes in place!

A very pleasant place with welcoming hosts. Comfortable rooms with private bathrooms. There is a dining area with a coffee machine, plenty of kettles, and lots of space. Vending machines offer drinks and snacks. Although it’s not right next to the city center, the abundance of buses that get you there in 10–15 minutes makes up for it. Self check-in is available for late arrivals. Lena and Andrea are wonderful, attentive people who truly care about their guests. none

Rare gem in Florence, accomoodation with safe parking close to downtown, 15 minutes by bus, bus comes often, so really great place to explore the city, museums, an so on. Everything was clean and nice.
-
The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and with a tall ceiling. There was a small fridge in the room. The bus stop to go to the city center was literally down the street and you could get to the center quickly. There is a free parking space included with the booking. The place itself is quite nice as well, with a terrace available to the guests. Its more of an FYI than a complaint, but the parking is typical of Italy, so the spaces are more geared towards smaller cars, but they do have a few available for larger cars as well.

Clean and old school vibes. City center is a 3 min bus ride away. Staff was super nice.

Took 1 star out due to not perfect cleaning. Overall, a great place if you want to be close to Vatican and Trastevere. Host superb, and the only place in Italy in 2 weeks where distanct check it really WORKED.

We stayed in this apartment with great pleasure. The communication before we arrived was very quick, and from the first minute the host was ideal and very welcoming. She showed us around the house and our room, and explained everything we needed to know for our first day in Florence. During our entire stay, whenever we had a question, we received a reply to our messages very quickly. The cleaning personnel were also super friendly and hard workers. We had a safe, but we never used it and left everything in the room as it was. The people there are so honest and friendly, and we felt very safe. We had a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen and dining area, plus a small balcony/terrace. It was not like a hotel room with only a bed and a bathroom. It felt like home. It was so comfortable to stay for a long time. Within a 2–5 minute walk, there were two bus stops. One had the number 11 and the other had the numbers 36 and 37, all of which went to the city center in 10 minutes. There were many parking spaces in the closed area around the house and cameras everywhere, so it was very safe to leave the car there when travelling by car. On the two top floors there are huge terraces, one with lots of tables — ideal for a quiet evening with a glass of wine after a hot day in the city center — and another with two jacuzzies, tables and chairs. There were lots of local small supermarkets and pizzeria selling ready-made hot food. There were also 4-5 gas stations within a 2-minute drive, which was ideal if you were travelling by car. In short, it's ideal if you don't want to stay in a busy noisy city center and prefer a quiet place to rest in the evening after walking around the city center. everything was perfect
