Nice comfortable place, great location to explore the city from. The bathroom kept on emitting weird smells. It seemed to change every day - sometimes sulfur, sometimes weed, and sometimes shit.

Furniture was dated. 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash which wasn't nearly enough for 1 person for one wash. Shower was elevated which may make it hard for someone to climb into, and not much space to hang towels. It would be great to have tea and coffee provided as a basic amenity.

the position in the city, outside of the main traffic boroughs , close to my work location, very quite, there is no car movements in the street. It is close to restaurants, quality food shops, there's a close-by gym. The owner was very helpful and available. It is very reachable by buses and it takes 15 minutes for main Florence station. It is closed to beautiful Arcetri hills and there are nice spots for morning runnings along the Galileo Galilei Boulevard. The furniture is a little a bit of old type.

The stay was excellent. The place was quiet, comfortable, beautiful, and truly felt like a home away from home. There is a parking area very close by, and the location is lively, convenient, and close to everything, making it very easy to get around. Most importantly, the host, Matteo, is an incredibly kind person who is always ready to help and answer any questions. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

A bit cold in the room, but that's not unusual in Italian houses in late autumn and winter and can't necessarily be blamed on the individual apartment owner. I also received very quick help to turn up the heat a bit after I pointed out the low temperature.

The city tax should be included in the total price. Extra payments on arrival are not appreciated. The host is a half hour away. One electrical plug is hidden behind the bed and then doesn’t work.

It was within walking distance to all the sites, and it had some exceptional restaurants very close

I did not exprience ant problem for late check-in One floor of the apartment is used as a hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, the sink was very old and noisy. The air conditioner didn’t work, and it was very cold at night. It wasn’t hygienic. The parking was said to be on the street or in a nearby parking lot, but I had to park about a 20-minute walk away.

It is very clean. The manager is very nice person.

It was awesome ... Matteo, I can't thank you enough. You are the best! since the begining he took care of a very late check in with the best attitude. everytime I contact him within a few minutes he answered me. very kind and always cheerful.

The parking mentioned in the ad is just parking on the street and you have to pay 2€ per hour, which is fine but then you might have to leave the car a few blocks away since parking is scarce

I had an amazing stay! The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I truly appreciated their hospitality. Without a doubt, I will book this place again when I visit Florence in the future. Highly recommended! Nothing

Bathroom is a bit small but that's to be expected from and old building, wasn't a problem.

Passable

"The room was conveniently located, making it easy to access, even with luggage. Upon our arrival, we couldn't check in immediately as the room was still being cleaned. The room itself (and the entire apartment) was furnished with old, dated furniture, and unfortunately, there was mold in the room. At first, the host seemed friendly, but when my partner mentioned that the room was very cold and asked if we could heat it (perhaps with the air conditioning), the host was not helpful at all, simply stating, "But it’s not cold!"...

Very reasonably priced for Florence, and a good location. The owner was very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Gave us daily vouchers for parking at a very reasonable price, and suggested restaurants in the area. Other reviewers commented on the tired look of rooms. Old or quaint do not bother us (on the contrary) as long as things are clean. The room could certainly use new and clean comforters, new and clean rugs, and perhaps a refresh of the bathroom. These would cost the owner the rental price of only a few nights, but would vastly improve the attractiveness of the property.

The position of the stay was definitely practical. Very close to Porta Romana and Giardino di Boboli. I liked the choice of style that didn't clash with the age of the building. It's not an,actual B&B, as it doesn't serve breakfast. The curtains weren't the cleanest and the very old window made the room a little cold. But above everything, I think the room, for just a place to sleep, was overpriced. We spent 126 € for just a place to sleep in a private building.

I like very much comfort and locality close to the city centre and at this same time not overcrowded with a big amount of people.

The room is so comfortable and cute. Nicely decorated. The owner and staff are so nice and friendly. Also recommended a restaurant nearby, there is also an elevator in case you bring a big suit case. Niente
