Classic Hotel

Amazing rooms and furniture. Very close to city center. Will choose this hotel again when visiting Florence in the future.

Location and gardens for breakfast. The staff was nice. We stayed on the second floor and the air conditioning was light so in August it was warm for sleeping

Great location for exploring the city center on foot. The hotel has private parking, and the staff is very friendly. The AC struggled to cool the room.

It is a good location if you are with a car and need parking. The city is 15-20 minutes walk. The reception staff was very helpful and supportive. The room was big enough for 2 people. The hotel could be really great as it is in the green area of Firenze. The building itself is beautiful but inside everything is very old. The furnitures, the room, HVAC, the room smells old as well, so we needed to open the window in the evenings to get rid of that smell. Breakfast was poor. Nothing was fresh and the selection was very limited. When we went half hour before the end of breakfast there was only bread and butter and when we asked for cheese, we were told there is no more left. I only suggest if you go by car and don't expect too much.

Reception no ist was really trained but restaurant staff was bit annoying talking too much at working time. And eating foods while guest is eating. They were not supervised not well. Good old days of feelings was good but mosquito cars like put vape was lacking so we got insects bite since roof was too high that we can't elongate them.

The receptionist was very friendly. We felt welcome and were greeted with warm hospitality. The parking. The breakfast was quite poor in quality. There was a lack of eggs and fresh vegetables. I also really disliked the use of plastic cups, both in the room and during breakfast.

Close to a lovely part of the city , excellent room Location of the room was right next to the garbage outside and near the front desk , the shower overflowed all over the bathroom floor so I was concerned about mold issues in the bathroom

I loved everything about it, the lady at the reception desk was so lovely. The hotel is stunning, nice and clean. I’m so glad I booked to stay there. I only stayed for the night as I had the Linkin Park concert to go to, location is great, hotel is very much near palazzo pitti and duomo cathedral by bus! I cannot find anything I don’t like about the property, I will say tho that the charging ports didn’t work for me which unfortunately I had to go to a cafe to charge my phone but other than that I’d love to come back here again and miss it already. Beautiful area and beautiful city. Florence has my heart and this hotel I will never forget it. Highly recommend those to book here :)

Ok. Continental best describes. Everyday the same. Would have liked eggs as an addition. We would have liked a better system for ice. They only gave a very small bowl of ice. Would be better served in insulated ice bucket.
