We loved the property. It was quiet, classy, beautifully decorated and clean. High quality breakfast and wonderful cappuccino!

Location was ideal! Quiet, quaint and situated in the middle of both the lake and town. Easily accessible by car. Staff was very accommodating and able to book me a same day massage. Really enjoyed the property as the last stop of my trip.
-
The bed was not very comfortable and the location was not close to everything. We had to take a taxi to and from the main part of town.

Clean, fancy & very relaxing. I love the smell they put in the room. The garden is so relaxing and the view is breathtaking. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Only thing I would recommend to have snack bar that offers sandwiches or light bites as sometimes I felt hungry but have to go eat out

Loved the Villa, it was quaint and quiet, off the beaten path. Rooms were pretty and clean, showers were good. Breakfast was good. LOVE the pups ? and Ingrid. Love the hotel decor / theme. The beds / mattress were hard, no A/C working at our time of visit, and no English speaking channels on the TV but 1 occasionally.

Breakfast, location, size of the room

The room was super dirty, and I had to take medicine for an allergy attack. The lady working at night was not helpful at all and denied all the requests we made. Horrible place needs to be bulldozed.

Stunning property! Delicious breakfast with excellent selections. Few blocks from bus stop. Highly recommend

This property is located in a beautiful historic building. The location is fantastic—very convenient for walking to the city center and the gardens, and there is also a bus available if needed, although walking is very enjoyable. The place itself is charming, well-equipped, and very clean. The breakfast was excellent; you can choose your breakfast the day before, and the quality of the food and preparation was very good. The only downside during our stay was the welcome experience. When we arrived, it felt a bit awkward and not very warm, as if our arrival was unexpected. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed at that moment, which affected the first impression.

The villa is beautiful, very clean, stylish, and exceptionally well maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is excellent, and everything was exactly as described or even better. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality, professionalism, and kindness of the hosts, who made us feel welcome from the very first moment.

The bed was very comfortable and we loved the view from the room. Great breakfast Amazing gardens

The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating and the villa was very well kept. Breakfast fresh and delightful with the option to select your breakfast and time such that it is ready whenever you wish the next morning. Superb service. My only reservation, admittedly insignificant, pertains to the TV - very small and oddly placed with only a handful of selections.

A beautiful Villa with great staff and good positioning in Florence. A definite recommendation.

Breakfast was outstanding. A lot of options, made fresh, and in a beautiful "Villa Kitchen" setting. The owners have three small toy poodles that they bring around. One of them is named Rose and is very freindly and a pleasure to spend time with. We were there in January, so we did not have a chance to enjoy the garden.

The location is good. The room is good size and the bed is comfortable The building is very old. We learned after getting there that the building was kept as is. For example, there were pictures of people on the walls, there’s an old library that smells of old dusty books. The walkway smells of pets. Overall, there was no services available. I had to lift my luggages. The place is ‘ creepy’ in the meaning of random people pictures on the walls and the smell of the place

Everything was perfect. It is very hard to find parking in Florence, but Villa Nardi offered gated parking which was very awesome since the city is within walking distance. The whole experience was magical. I loved that the Villa maintained the charm of the it's age but with all the updated comforts of a brand-new hotel. I loved the attention to detail in ever thing about the place. Breakfast was no less thrilling surpassing all our expectations. The host even let us leave our car securely parked inside the gate after checkout so we could enjoy the town a bit.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views were breathtaking — waking up to that scenery each morning was such a treat. Breakfast was delicious every day, with so much care put into every detail. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality really went above and beyond. And of course, we have to mention the adorable pups on the property — they were such a sweet bonus and made the place feel even cozier. We can’t wait to come back! Nothing, it was great!

Breakfast was absolutely top-notch, with a wonderful selection and attention to detail that made each morning a highlight. The location is also great—quiet, yet close enough to easily reach the main attractions. The only things to note are that the hot water and shower size reflect the building’s historic nature, so if a larger, more modern bathroom setup is important to you, it’s worth knowing in advance. Otherwise, everything about our stay was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates authentic charm and exceptional hospitality.

Perfect location within walking distance of Ponte Vecchio with secure parking. It was our second time as guests at Villa Nardi and the accommodations, communication, hosts & breakfast were excellent. We will return. We spend a month in Chianti every fall and this will be our base for future trips to Florence. Not a thing! Everything was perfect.
