Park Palace

Our rooms were very comfortable with great air con. The pool was lovely and the distance of town perfect to dip in and out of busy tourist experiences and then rest by the pool. Thank you to all the staff!

Gorgeous location / property. Great if you want to dip your toe into Florence but mostly flop by the pool. Restaurant only serves cold food so we would mostly have breakfast / lunch at the hotel between a lovely dip in the garden pool and then walk (c.30 mins) or take the bus (10 mins from right outside the hotel) into town for dinner. The staff were soo friendly and smiley always there to help and very quick to act Double bed was actually two singles pushed together with nothing keeping them together so they slide apart, which was a little irritating but nothing major

The staff were fantastic. Breakfast was excellent, served on a lovely terrace. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. We enjoyed using the beautiful pool and relaxing in the garden. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful old style property. Relaxing vibes. Lovely pool area. Spacious well equipped room. Friendly staff who seem to care. Steep walk uphill from the centres. Buses are not always reliable.

Lovely to get away from the busier side of the city. An oasis from the crowds but still easy to get into the main attractions. Staff very friendly

Beautiful building in a peaceful location. We really enjoyed walking down to the city via the quiet lanes at the back of the hotel. A brilliant location for the Boboli Gardens, Fort Belvedere Cafe and Miniato and Michelangelo terraces with view points. Buses work well but we found it more convenient and quicker to walk into the centre unless a bus was due to arrive. The garden and pool provide essential respite for the hot afternoons in August. We would love to return one day!

The staff were so attentive. Our room was a suite. Lovely and spacious and very clean. If I could only make one change it would be to allow a ball / rings at the pool. It can get a bit boring for children swimming. But I also understand why the rule is there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon check‑in.☺️☺️☺️☺️ The classical hotel boasts breathtaking views and a lovely, chill and peaceful environment. The swimming pool is fantastic for relaxing. All staff members were extremely warm, welcoming and patient whenever we had questions. Breakfast was really great with plenty of tasty choices. Our upgraded room was spacious and comfortable, and the air‑conditioning worked perfectly with a pleasant temperature. Highly recommend this hotel and we would love to come back again❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ N/A

Beautiful hotel, very peaceful, lovely pool with lots of seating around. Great breakfast! Lovely spacious rooms. Bus stop into the centre was right outside the hotel with buses every 20 mins. A couple of evenings there was no dinner available. There is no hot food served in the evening it is the lunch menu. Thankfully there are some nearby restaurants.

My stay at the Park Palace was just what I was looking for: restful, comfortable, elegant, quiet, friendly. The setting and room were stunning, breakfast was stellar, and the very genuinely friendly greetings each morning made for a beautiful time.
