We loved the Gardens. To be up and out of the city was lovely. The staff were so welcoming, especially Noris, on reception. The florentine steak in the restaurant was delicious, as was breakfast each morning. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city ! We fell in love with Firenze !! The waiter on the bar and in the restaurant the day we arrived was rude. But the lady the next day was lovely and made the most delicious lemonchello cocktail, and he was the only member of staff not to be friendly and welcoming x

The grounds were beautiful. I didn’t realize the flowers would mostly be dead this time of year though. The staff was super helpful and had a shuttle that would take you down to the river for free if you wanted to walk into town. They had a Super Tuscan that became a regular nightly bottle for us on the upstairs terrace. Really cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. Ants in our room. Not a lot but we kept finding them randomly around on the ground and furniture.

The villa's location was perfectly situated outside of the bustling city of Florence but it was super easy to get down to the city when I wanted to go. Breakfast was exquisite and the staff was kind and very helpful. NA

Staff was very helpful, it has been lovely to have breakfast in the beautiful garden, breakfast was good and we also had a club sandwhich which was nice. The room had an oustanding view, overall a great place. The bathroom was very small and some furniture need renovations.
