All was good

We were permitted to check in an hour early which was very nice. Also, the room was very clean and comfortable, with a refrigerator. Very cold AC and everything was in order in the bathroom. We also were able to leave our bags after checkout and retrieved them without issue later in the day.

The location was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the accommodation was clean and welcoming. The air conditioning worked perfectly and, most importantly, was very quiet, which I really appreciated. The host was very helpful, responsive, and made the stay smooth and enjoyable.

The staff member was very friendly and responsive. The location is convenient and quiet. My room was cleaned everyday and provided with all daily essentials. Good value for its price.

My room had a mosquito problem. At first I noticed them in the bathroom. I also noticed a couple dead ones on the walls but didn’t think much of it at first. Until it was nighttime and I was trying to sleep. I was only stopping in Florence for a day, with a stop in Verona the next day on my way Venice, so all I needed was a bed and a shower. I couldn’t even have that here. I tried to sleep and not only got eaten alive by mosquitoes, but their buzzing in my ear kept me up all night. Which really made the next 2 days of traveling very, very difficult for me. I ended up waking up at 4am and trying to kill as many as I could, which was at least 10 of them. I tried to put the AC on after reading online they have a hard time flying with it, but couldn’t find the remote or how to turn it on. Tried to go back to sleep for a couple hours with a sweater on to protect me (despite being hot since I couldn’t figure out the AC), still woke to buzzing in my ear. And now my white sweater stained with my own blood after I must have rolled over one. I asked the guy when I arrived for a later check out because I really needed to rest for my travels, which he denied me. I ended up not even wanting to stay any longer anyway because it was such a horrible experience. But even before check out time, he was rushing me and trying to take my key, which I didn’t appreciate. Despite wanting to get out of there, since I didn’t have any sleep the morning was difficult for me, especially being rushed. Oh, and the towels were very grossly stained so I had to dry off with a wash cloth. I’m not sure if every room has a mosquito problem, but mine was absolutely horrific.

Convenient and quiet The difficulty of getting to the room with suitcases. Parking was a nightmare.

Quite area, comfortable room, walkable to the city center
-
Perfect location to train and center of city. Was able to laundry across the street. Evenings were like an authentic Italian town with everyone outside in the streets. Lots of restaurant choices around. Easy to travel from village to village Air would’ve been nice Even just a fan for circulation. But everything else was tip top

It’s close to the train station. It was a big room and spacious bed. It was very quiet

The location is good. The staff was nice. It has hot water for showering. The apartment had no insulation, so it was very cold, even the bed is so cold that you need to tuck yourself in for 30 minutes just to get warm. Sometimes the workers talk early in the morning on even before sunrise while I'm asleep which can get annoying. The apartment is old with old bathroom and decorations.

Sewer smell coming out from the bathroom.

Staff were very helpful. We had the room with the ensuite bathroom, which was very nice.

Cleaning, cost, washroom, towels and toiletries, mirrors

Good communication. Convenient location, close to Train station. Not a lot of food choices close by. The entry is with three keys, through very old doors of a old bldg. Becomes tricky finding the right key in the dark.
-
Bigger room Old building, elevator is kind of slow and make a loud noise when stop.
-
Very clean & comfortable room. Great location, just a ten minute walk to the center. We got to check-in early which was very convenient. The bathroom was in the hallway, not in the room. Parking on the street around the property was very expensive.
