Very old and not worth it

The staff was very friendly and offered helpful suggestions during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and close to shopping areas. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool and comfortable. The shower area was small.

The location was excellent. Self check in was smooth and flawless. Unfortunately they are having trouble getting good WiFi and it was very hard to stay consistently connected. It would have been nice to have coffee/tea amenities, and the pillow was very sad. The exhaust fan in my bathroom really needed a good clean as well.

WARNING it’s very worn out but no security as things were taken from my room BEWARE keys are left unsecure in the reception, multiple things were stolen from my room. They have not issued a refund I am taking legal action as soon. As I land home

There were bugs smashed all over the ceiling and walls, the windows were open and more bugs were found too.

Cleanless It wasnt a 3 star hotel-it wasnt a hotel at all ,trust me! No reception-most of the time nobody were there The desk for chek in and out were beside the rooms that makes room sometimes very noisy and uncomfortable!

Whilst the room was a little on the bland side, the location was superb and we would definately recommend it. It was around the corner from the river, the gorgeous streets, museums, arts and restaurants. It was great.

It's location is not too bad. It is very very basic. The Internet didn't work the entire duration of our stay. The room wasnt the room we booked. The photos on the intial booking were of a different room. We found this wasn't great value for money. There was also no duvet cover on our duvet.

Location was great and the price was good for a one night stay in Florence in August. Very easy to get in and out even without the 24h concierge Smelt like someone had been smoking in the bathroom and as I’m a non smoker I could immediately feel it
