The staff were really helpful and friendly and made sure our stay would be great they really went out their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay It was just a little confusing the entrance to it just because we are not used to hotels in historic buildings but they came downstairs to help us escort us to the room

The place was perfect. Exceptional, really. Delightful host and friendly staff. Santa Croce is my favorite neighborhood so I might be biased about the great location. Secret special. bonus: There's an elevator. The height of luxury when traveling with heavy luggage in medieval cities. The auto-response to inquiries and requests caused me to think I had been scammed by another false listing. Thankfully customer service was able to contact the property directly and everything turned out even better than originally expected. I think the issue might be a mistake on the host end, not knowing where to put certain messages in the listing form. The auto message I received might work well under "directions to property". It was very problematic as a response to real time questions and my need to contact the property.

The staff were friendly and the location was close to most things The air conditioning system struggled and it was very small.

Clean, helpful staff, good room for a quick stay over on Florence Breakfast was with the local bakers, our daughter is gluten free which they had very little for. Would have rather been room only so we could have chosen where to eat for breakfast

Perfect location, comfy bed, great shower. The lady on reception had stayed on later to check us in, she was really kind and friendly ❤️ Everything was great, but things to note, was only one European plug socket in room (but very kind lady in reception leant us one), there is no mini bar, and no refreshments served at hotel, the breakfast is a 5 minute walk away, in a really nice little cafe, with amazing coffee and cakes!

The location. It was within walking distance of the Duomo Ponte Vecchio and all the main attractions. There were plenty of lovely trattorias within walking distance which had great food and ambiance. It’s on the first floor of a building but it does have a lift convenient for luggage.

Locations good Beds comfortable and quality linen Breakfast was well set up , eggs available if wanted and everything else was fresh and well presented Our room looked onto a wall and was very dark and small Bathroom just about adequate, poor towels and only soap supplied .

Beautiful small hotel in an old mansion, perfectly situated at walking distance from all the monuments and musea. A warm welcome and good service by the friendly staff. Could not think of anything, it was perfect.

Location, Location, and a spotless room. Nice staff also. Complete lack of electrical outlets in the room to charge phones & other devices. We had to unplug the TV to gain access to the only electrical outlet. All the other outlets are the old 2 pin type. You get a kettle along with tea & coffee but no where to plug the kettle in. There is another three pin outlet but it’s down the hall.

The location was perfect for exploring Florence

We enjoyed how spacious our triple room was and the nice bathroom with roomy shower and bidet. The breakfast room was lovely with a lot of food options, including cooked eggs. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. We didn’t like that staff left at 17:30 so no one at desk for evening check-in (though self check-in instructions were very good) or for evening assistance/security. We didn’t like that our window looked out into a shaft full of scaffolding and construction debris. The room decor was very basic (just cheap frames hanging crooked on the white walls…why not some simple framed posters or pictures of Florence)? The atrium and elevator up to the hotel door was dark and could use some sprucing up.
