Breakfast was lovely, my food intolerances were thoughtfully accommodated and everything was nice. The room was a good size with a nice terrace, very clean. Location was great, outside the ZTL but still easy to get into the center. The room was fairly bare bones but had the essentials.

Our room was spacious and clean. Carlo was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The breakfast was good. It took us about 25 minutes to walk to the train station, and we liked the location on a quiet street. The amenities were nice to have as well. Overall, it was a great stay in Florence, and I highly recommend! A few days before our stay, we kept getting messages and emails about our reservation being cancelled if we didn’t make a payment ahead of time. When I tried to do that, it wouldn’t let me. It was stressful not knowing if our reservation would be cancelled or not. The property itself was great, but this glitch in the system was worrisome when one is trying to book ahead of time and make sure everything is set to go for a vacation.

Loved the location and Carlo was very helpful and kindly gave us advice to help us plan our trip more effectively. It’s an older building so we really tried not to make too much noise to disturb anyone.

Carlo was an amazing, thoughtful and kind host for our stay in Florence. Highly recommend!

Best host ever. Thank you Carlos . He even reserved us with a very early breakfast, great host giving you all the information you need and a map to show you the best sights. Very close to busstop.

Everything was as expected. We had a good trip. Carlo was very helpful and attentive

Carlo was very nice and talkative and he was very helpful. The place was super clean and thoughtfully designed. We had everything we needed. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Has a beautiful balcony as well The only bad thing about here is that it was a bit far away from the main tourist attractions and not very close to the bus stations so with luggages it was very hard to walk there.

Carlo is a friendly and knowledgeable host who has been running the B&B for years. He provided excellent recommendations on places to visit and the best restaurants to enjoy the local cousin. The property is a beautiful and welcoming historic apartment, conveniently located near the city centre and Florence's main attractions. Cleanliness is impeccable, and the guests can choose their preferred breakfast from a wide variety of options. Highly recommended!

Exceptional

Carlo is the nicest host ever. He gave us great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and included. The room is beautiful and has a little balcony (and even a garden). This was the best stay we had in Italy.

We stayed 2 days in this lovely hotel and were amazed by Carlo's hospitality, upon arrival he introduced us to Florence, where to go by city transport, he was always attentive. You will find extraordinary coffee for breakfast. Hotel located a little far from the city center, but it's good for rest. I would like more tasteful breakfast, for example egs, warm dishes, sausage, cheese or fresh fruit and vegetables.

It is a close walk to all the main sites in Florence yet it is removed enough from the centre to have slightly lower prices in the surrounding restaurants.

Conveniently located near the old city. Our host was amazing. Thank you Carlo for your hospitality. We had an amazing stay during which Carlo helped us with a lot of information, doing laundry and tasty cappuccinos for breakfast. The beds are very comfy ;)
