Around 8:30 p.m., we accidentally broke the key to our room. We immediately tried contacting the hostel through WhatsApp and Booking.com, and we also called multiple times. We never received a single response. With no way to get help, we had to find and pay for a locksmith ourselves just to get back into our room. We were left to handle the entire situation without any assistance from the hostel. We completely understand that breaking the key was our mistake, but the complete lack of communication and support was unacceptable. It's now been a week, and we still haven't heard anything from them. If this had been a real emergency, it would have been a very concerning situation. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here. Their customer service was nonexistent, and we received absolutely no support when we needed it most. Unfortunately, I would rate our experience 0/10.

Everything !! The receptionist was really friendly and they helped me even with the taxi to the bus station and my parents loved it Everything in general was amazing

Location, comfortable

There was no kitchen (for the price it should have one). There is no key to the bedroom, so anyone could enter it, especially since the main door was often left open, and the door to the hostel part wasn’t close every time. You could only use the exterior until 9pm. And the bathroom door wasn’t closing, so the privacy wasn’t it.

Location was perfect - hostel sat on a nice quiet street with trees that created good shades from the hot Firenze sun. Nearby are cafes and bars but not too many. Always check opening hours. There is one cafe/restaurant with a beautiful, large courtyard where students and professionals alike work in the sun or drink with friends. Hostel has a small courtyard to chill and nicely decorated room where the reception desk is. It was an old school turned hostel. Well, here we go. 2 key things only - bathroom and noise. Do not, do NOT, book this hostel on weekend nights including Fridays unless you like to party and would want to join their lobby/receptionist downstairs that literally turns into a nightclub raging until 5 in the morning. Of course, the nice male hostel employee failed to tell me this or talked around it. Beyond just a hostel, half of it seems like an event venue where pounding music sweeps from wall to wall all the way up to whatever floor number there is (3rd or 4th). I stayed in an all-girls room and everyone else (trying) to sleep seems to ignore the 'big elephant' in the room (the music). It was excruciatingly hard to get a good shut-eye, plus you can hear people in the courtyard laughing and talking. Book if you can sleep to techno on weekends. Otherwise, considering the comparatively high price of a shared room in this area, it is not that worth it in the end. Bathroom: The one on the first floor or where all-girls room is has a door that is installed oddly. If you shower or use the toilet, then you are locking yourself in with all 3 toilets and 1 shower. Instead, it should be that the one door works to lock you in with only 1 toilet (and shower attached) so others can use the remaining toilets if needed. Just a heads up.

Be aware that if you reserve for Friday and Saturday, they throw these big parties on the lobby floor and the garden that is sound all through the building, and the party does not end until 3 am. It Is is not well written on there sight, they only mention that there is a party on Friday and Saturday they do not specify the type of party nor the time it ends and you are paying 100 euro to sleep not to hear peoplle all night. Really unsatisfied, and when I tried speaking with the team, they did not even respond to the matter. The funny thing is that not even the app booking responded to my complaint.

The staff was amazing the dude was chill and really nice. Would definitely go back. The AC was good and the rooms were good size. The shower had some issues but it was sorted out immediately once we let him know so I don’t think I can even complain about it since it was fixed so fast

room is in a average size, but very clean and very bright, and unexpectedly comes with an air conditioner!

No mat and cleaning gels in the bathroom

The atmosphere and the staff were kind

The staff is very helpful.

Close to the city centre The floor, no carpets, no furniture at all, scarce conditions. We felt like in an orphanage. The pictures on booking have nothing to do with the reality of the place.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hostel has a great location - it’s very easy and quick to reach from both the train station and the bus terminal. The walk to the city center takes around 20 minutes, and the surrounding area is quiet, with several nice cafés nearby. It’s a peaceful neighborhood, a bit away from the tourist crowds, which we appreciated. The common areas in the hostel are lovely and thoughtfully designed, and there's a beautiful inner garden. Bathrooms were separated by gender and shared, but we never had to wait in line. A hairdryer is available - just ask for it at the reception. Overall, it’s a stylish and well-located hostel, but definitely best suited for travelers who are either heavy sleepers or ready to dance the night away. We missed the note in the booking info that weekend parties can take place - this was on us, as it’s mentioned in a separate section. But just a heads-up for light sleepers: these parties are not only for hostel guests but open to the public as well, and the common areas turn into a proper night bar/club. It gets very loud. Our room faced the inner garden, so sleeping wasn’t really an option until it ended. That said, we simply decided to go join the party - problem temporarily solved :)) As for the room itself, a few neutral observations: it looked a bit different from the photos on the listing (we didn’t find a picture of our exact room). The wall color was different and in a double room with one shared bed, a single locker felt a bit inconvenient - people booking such a room likely know each other and might prefer a shared shelf. Also, a mirror in the room would be a very welcome addition.
