The cost of the room was acceptable. They really need to work on their check-in procedures and communications. I messaged them several times prior to my stay, and never received any response. When I arrived, it was not clear how to get into the property, and I was left to smashing buttons on the front door hopefully someone would let me in while I baked in the 102 degree heat. The next day another guy had the same experience and there was no one to let him in until I happened to arrive returning to my apartment room. He said he had been waiting for over a half an hour trying to get in. There is also no response if you try to call or text the phone number they have listed. Even once you do get in, the lady who works at the front desk speaks no English and seems a bit annoyed by your presence.

Communication was a bit tedious (I don't speak italian, the host didn't speak english), but the lady host was nice and knew a few keywords in english so we made it work.

Great place for a budget traveler who wants to be outside the tourist zone but still in walking distance. The bathroom was really narrow in my room. I'm not sure tall people could sit on the toilet at all.

It was a good sized room and was comfortable. N/A

The breakfast was simple but good. The host was a charming old lady ,she didn’t speak or understand English but tried nonetheless to communicate with my French wife. Her place is very nice and clean. She let use the fridge to store a few food items. Only one outlet was equipped with a universal receptacle width. Charging the phone and iPad was a bit of a trial.

Good restaurant choices nearby. On a main bus route to/from the train station. No frills, but comfortable beds and a very good shower Balcony access was good Lighting was spare and dim. It was not clear how or if breakfast was available

The accommodation is fine; everything is within walking distance of the city center. The beds are comfortable, which contributed to a restful sleep. A kettle for coffee and tea is available, which is a nice touch for a relaxing morning. I especially want to highlight the great value for money – the price is more than fair for what you get. The staff is friendly and professional, and the cleanliness is at a very high level.

Ní raibh aon bhricfeasta ceart ann ach bhí ciotal i mo sheomra le go bhféadfainn caifé a dhéanamh dom féin agus fágadh bonóg beag le subh ina lár sa seomra gach lá. Bhí an seomra folctha cung ach go maith seachas sin.

Nice big room and bathroom, clean and comfortable. Close to the city center . Lady from reception was great!

The room is simple, with basic amenities, very spacious, and overall fine for the price paid. The bed was really comfortable! We really liked the location, close to the main attractions (about 15 minutes walk), and located in the less touristy and not overly crowded part of the city center, full of nice art and crafts shops, local restaurants and bars, where a lot of the local young people hang out. Takes about 15 minutes walk to get to the train station. I would stay here again! The wifi was not very strong. I would have appreciated soap and shampoo in the shower.

Perfectly adequate hotel to stay in. Good location in the city. The hostess is nice and lively, and makes herself understood even though she doesn't speak english. Too expensive for what we got. The whole building smells a bit funny, and does not live up to the price (note: also no breakfast in this "bed and breakfast"). We stayed here due to very limited availability of rooms during the Florence marathon and moved to another similarly priced but much nicer hotel in the city.

It’s a nice place outside of the historic area. But not to far. With lots of great restaurants for a good price. It is next to a busy road. Lots of busses coming by, making lots of noise. They try to combat this with dibble windows but the noise is coming through never the less.

The room was very tidy with a convenient bed. The bathroom was recently renovated. The room is exactly as the description says. The price for 1 night is fare. Regarding location, the place is located 16 minutes from the city center and easy to find. It's close to attractions in the south of the city. The crew is nice and helps when needed. The communication with the crew all the time wasn't easy, because the language barrier and gaps between English and Italian. It includes the communication via messages before the trip and in the duration of the staying. Still the crew is attentive. The amenities are very basic, but generally the room is very nice and convenient. It worth the price :)
