Great amazing location, friendly hostel mates, cleaning done everyday, great kitchen facilities. Bathroom cleaning by male cleaner done earlier than bathroom cleaning time was supposed to be while it was being used, people skimming off the top of your stored food in kitchen.

Not 24 hour reception
-
Great location Kinda dirty

The location of the property was great!! The hostel felt to tightly packed, and there was a horrible smell in the dorm rooms.

Location and the kindness of the workers there. Too many beds in one room.

I booked for a 10 mix gender bedroom. A room next door is fixing and they move 1 bunk bed from it over to my room. Unfortunately there is no inform from hostel. The room get packed and take more time to wait for your turn to use toilet. In stead of 10, it become 12 Kitchen is super poor equipped. All are big pans & pots. No bowl, no spices. As asian solo traveller, it was hard to cook small portion and eat without bowl Bunk bed is super unsturdy. If the person below or above moves, the whole bed shake & get noisy. The above bed doesnt have solid frame, so i have to use bed sheet to build a net around my bed to prevent my stuff not falling over

They are dedicated to the business they are running and it's perfect. Everything was in order, it was clean, I loved my stay.

Good basic place with cheap mixed dorms and a shared kitchen you can cook in with a dining room next to it. It’s also right next door to a grocery store, and there is a cheap restaurant down the road (west). It’s basic, so it lacks colour and life. Good for a cheap place in the heart of the city, but don’t expect luxury.

Good location, in total good facility staff is also nice Rooms are small and too many people for one room. You need to make your own beed ( open sheets put it and so on) not convenient. And the Beds are not stable.
-
Location and staff Uncomfortable beds Poor ventilation Depressing colours of walls Not much atmosphere
-
It was overpriced, seemed to be advertised as nicer than it actually was.
-
Too small for so many people, the staff was nice to me, but not to everyone
-
nice room, historical building

There were some girls who served their lunch and dinner in the room, it had bad smell ?? I think hostel should have protocols that people have to eat their meals in kitchen
