So many wonderful elements to this stay! 4 night stay of perfection. Perfect location. Probably the most central to everything, but on the quieter side of the water. Beautiful building with the entrance near the bridge and the road on the water. The rooms are in the back of the building so it’s very quiet! We had a lovely big room, modern bathroom with big shower. Breakfast options were delicious. And to top it all off, the couple running this b&b were such lovely people, very kind and considerate and always providing recommendations and tips, such as not as touristy places and great food spots. It really made our stay the best, we would very highly recommend this place and will stay here again if we can! Thank you Alessandro and Barbara!! Just be aware other people will be in other rooms with shared kitchen area.

Absolutely perfect; quite honestly there is nothing that needs to be changed or improved. Alessandro and Barbara are perfect hosts; great communication throughout the process, they were so friendly and accommodating; allowing us to stay longer so we could catch out train without having to store our luggage. The unit is in a perfect location, the room was immaculate and the breakfast they provided was great. We certainly will be returning; there really isn't any reason to look elsewhere! NOTHING!

It was on a busy road,but at the back of the building and was very quiet. The bed was a bit soft,but not a big deal.

Great location and lovely place..

Great hospitality. Easy check in. Alessandro goes out of his way to help in any way to ensure your experience is the best. Provide suggestion for restaurants, sites and ordered taxis. The bed was comfortable with outlets available. The bathroom was well appointed with toiletries (slippers were a nice touch). Having an iron available was helpful too. The shower was spacious and had a shelf for personal items. The kitchen was well equipped and the croissants were amazing. Right on the Arno. Great location for walking thru the neighborhoods on both sides of the river. We were fortunate enough to have the B&B to ourselves until the last night. The apartment was a little noisy (echoed) when doors were closed in the B&B.

It would have been nice to have 2 card keys for convenience.

Excellent location, extremely walkable. Host went above and beyond to answer questions, provide insights and recommendations for the city. I can't imagine staying anywhere else next time Nothing

The B&B concept worked great, fully equipped kitchen with all breakfast supplies which are refilled everyday. Great location at the Arno river, walking distance to all sights. Host was in contact for any requirements everyday. Overall great stay, only thing to know is that staff will be available for your checkin only at the time you advise, so need to communicate exact time of arrival to your host

Our holiday to Florence could not have been better if we didn’t stay at BB Medici, Alessandro had a personal and very kind approach for his guests, we exchanged messages in order to organise our stay at best. Matteo welcomed us and helped us which was great! Rooms are big enough, well furnished,very clean. Breakfast was excellent, the host even organized a savory breakfast for us as we demanded. The location is great-3 minutes from the historical center. We recommend it to everyone!

Perfect location in Santo Spirito that is not overcrowded with tourists. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Breakfast options were great with eggs, fresh croissants daily, yogurt, coffee, fruit, and more. Easily walkable to SMN train station, Cathedral/Duomo, and other notable sights. Would definitely stay again! Just a minor thing--it would have been great to have a net/screen on the bathroom window.

The Medici Soderini apartment is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. You feel you are in the middle of Florence, but as comfortable as being home. The quality of the kitchen area and breakfast provisions were excellent. The rooms were lovely, thoughtfully furnished and very private and comfortable. The host (Alessandro) is very attentive and checked with us to make sure everything was OK. We stay in quite a lot of accommodation around the world, and I honestly feel that I couldnt find anything I didnt like about Medici Soderini.
