Modern, clean. Fairly good location. Elevator instructions poor. There was an extra step after pushing the button of floor option. I tried all options of the extra step with no solution. As well the electric system was faulty. The card to insert that was to turn on/off the lights, also turns off the heat. It was ice cold in the apartment. The host said to pull out the card to turn off the lights, which turned off the heat. As well, luckily I had a flash light at the bedside so I could see in the dark to turn on the lights. Initially,I thought it was the remote to manage the thermastat. The host said he would reboot or reset? the remote the next day. But when I awakened, the remote was still blinking 00 and he never responded as to the cause and solution of the heating mechanism.

This is a dreary and drab room. The host is rude and the outside street is very loud. It is dark, the AC doesn’t work, no black out curtains and very very dangerous and pitch black stairs leading 4 flights to the drab room. The pictures of the seating area are actually outside the room and not part of the booking.

The host showed impatience when I could not follow his rushed instructions. I got a message with photo & video instructions the morning of arrival. My internet was very poor and I could not download the videos. When I called he was not listening to my situation and kept telling me to look at the videos which I could not download. Eventually we figured it out.

I didn’t realize it wasn’t a staffed space, more of a bed and breakfast. I was confused at first when they texted to ask for my arrival time- then when we arrived we had to wait on the street for 15 min as he had to take care of an emergency at another apartment. Overall, this was a place to crash- so it was clean and in a great location- we were happy with the booking.

Nice location and walkable to almost all tourists destinations. Clean and comfy beds. Breakfast was good. Nothing was bad except small lift which is common in Italy.

Nothing Very dull place , not recommended at All , bed sheets not clean , towels have a very bad smell , had a very bad overall experience

The elevator is very tiny and we need to up like a 5 stair to reach the elevator. But this is usually on old properties

The breakfast was really good at a cafe about 5min walk. The fridge could have been a bit better and bigger.

The owners very helpful. The location very good. Clean room. The room was smaller than I've expected. There was an unpleasent smell. The room needs freshening up. The blind bathroom fan was not working.

The host is friendly and very helpful with the check in process. We left some cash in the safe of the room and lost some of it when we're away during the day. Don't leave valuable belongings or cash in the hotel.

The only thing I liked was where it was located Where do I start. The room was way too small. I felt like I was in a closet. There was a smell. The floors weren’t clean. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend that other than if you want to stay in a tiny little closet, but I would not return plus we didn’t even use our last night. We moved on
