Palazzo Martellini Residenza d'Epoca

It was a great property in a convenient location. Loved the old world feel and the staff was so helpful and friendly.

We really enjoyed the decor of the old palace and the location! We were given an upgrade and early check in as well as luggage storage after we checked out. The delicious breakfast and snacks were really appreciated! Nothing! It was amazing!

Wonderful location, just a short walk from the Uffizi Gallery. We stayed for two nights and explored Florence entirely on foot. The breakfast was also delicious. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The air conditioning was excellent, which made our stay very comfortable during the summer. The hotel uses Daikin air conditioners, a brand well known for its quality and reliability. The staff were incredibly helpful. They even called a taxi for us when we were leaving for Firenze Santa Maria Novella station, and it arrived just as we came downstairs—perfect timing! The only minor downside was that the elevator was quite small, but that’s completely understandable given that the building is a beautifully preserved historic palace.

Great location. Close enough to attractions but far enough away from the busyness. The rooms were great and very clean, staff were all helpful and polite, breakfast was fresh & delicious. Rooms can be a little noisy when other guests come back late. Suggest ear plugs.

Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. They were extremely helpful and very kind. Dark stairway but there are lights we didn’t find till later!

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was spacious. Also, the breakfast was simple, but the environment was so cozy. There was an incident where an occupant was ringing the doorbell for a very long time, which was noisy. However, the staff's response was excellent.

Great location, clean, comfy and lovely breakfast included. Nothing. Would have loved conditioner in the bathroom though ;)

Everything was lovely. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was enjoyable. It's a nice comfortable little place. I am thankful for the good instructions for finding and check-in, otherwise it would be difficult to find. But all worked well and they let us store our luggage. Not the hotels fault but our stay was a bit noisy on the street outside.

High ceilings and very spacious. But the craziest part was we had the best breakfast of the trip here.

Absolutely amazing stay! The building is a historic building so close to all the tourist spots. The fresco on the ceiling was beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful. Driving the small streets to find the hotel was an adventure, but we made it!!

Great location to the old bridge district. Room is clean and comfy with friendly services. Breakfast is awesome.

How convenient it was that it was fairly close to all major attractions and how secure it was. The staff was super helpful and gracious with their time, answering all of our questions. I can't come up with anything.

The room was splendidly decadent.
