The staff, room, and breakfast were wonderful. The entrance or lack thereof made it feel more like a hidden Airbnb than a nice hotel.

Absolutely beautiful, huge and glamorous room for our 3 day Florence stay. The staff were lovely and personable. Breakfast included was very nice and convenient. I would have loved to stay here for longer just to enjoy the room. The value for what we got was excellent, especially compared to other hotels that seemed to offer a similar experience. If we return to Florence we will ABSOLUTELY stay here again. The King Room is totally worth it! Honestly no real issues here

This place is LOVELY. Everything was above expectations, from check-in, to the room, the amenities, the staff, the food, and the decor. Alberto was so helpful with pre-travel check-in prep and then actually checking us in when we arrived, and Laura was a perfect breakfast hostess who made amazing cappuccinos and ensured we got enough delicious food to eat. I wish we’d taken advantage of the complimentary breakfast for more than just one of the mornings we were there. I’d go back to Florence just to stay here again. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The staff especially Alberto are quite helpful and knowledgeable. The room was well-designed and comfortable. The bedding was high quality. The location is excellent and offers easy access to all of Florence’s best.

I liked everything about this property, when booking I wanted to stay somewhere that made me feel like I was in Florence and this definitely property did just that! My son and I loved our room! There was nothing I disliked about this property, the only recommendation I would give is to add full length mirrors and maybe a table or shelves to be able to place your toiletries outside the shower. In my room I kept all my toiletries on the floor.

Perfect location for our trip, secure and knowledgeable staff It’s an Italian thing but pillows and bed were hard , compared to other countries, they invest in a comfortable bed and pillows!

I had to make a last minute pivot and find lodging for my elderly parents b/c my son was sick and my father is immune compromised. I made the reservation the same day my parents checked-in and the staff was amazing. They were so responsive, helpful, and kind. They arranged a taxi for my parents and helped them with their bags. The location was ideal for us. This is for Florence in general, buildings and roads are not made for the elderly. My parents are mobile, but there are a lot of stairs and a tiny elevator for two 86yo people.

What an absolutely delightful hotel! The design is spectacular. The staff are spectacular. The breakfast spectacular. The location spectacular. It exceeded our expectations in every way! We loved everything!
