I enjoyed the layout of the hotel room, we had a large king bed and two sofa beds for our family of four. I also enjoyed the complementary breakfast, the food was average tasting, but since it was free, it was worth it. I felt our room was dirty, the floors were quite dusty and anytime we walked across the hotel room floor barefoot the souls of our feet would darken. I was annoyed that if you turn the lights off at night, all the outlets stopped working, except for the red outlet, it made it difficult to charge our phones and watches. The other thing that was quite annoying was the distance we had to walk daily to get towards downtown Florence, on the map it doesn’t look that far, but in the middle of a heat wave, it was quite painful.

The room was very comfortable and quite large and very clean, and quite a lot of room for storage, the bathroom was very big, the breakfast was absolutely beautiful with plenty of variety, and the hotel was decorated really beautiful with lounge areas and beautiful decor everywhere, parking was a few doors down the street, the staff were really helpful, this hotel was a pleasure to stay in, we really enjoyed it !!!!!

Couldn’t open windows for fresh air. Had to ask office to turn on our air conditioner Sometimes had to hold toilet button long to get it to flush

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. A fan in the bathroom would have been nice.

We loved the breakfast. Room was clean and came with a balcony. Staff was friendly and was very helpful ? Wish we were able to pay the city tax ahead of our trip.

Guest next door was very loud. Mentioned it to desk staff but made no difference. Did not get a full night sleep any of the nights

Definitely. It wasn’t a four star hotel, All rooms. Very tiny bathroom. My bed . It wasn’t a full size. They just put two twins together

Highly positive experience! The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and kept up. The room was nice and features a nice patio with a view of the Duomo. Breakfast was delicious every morning. A quick walk to all the highlights and in a safe location. We’d definitely stay here again! Nothing

Fabulous breakfast spread. Close to attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood. Wonderful, helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms.

Good beds, clean room, very friendly staff, decent breakfast. Strong smell in the rooms from the sewer. Parking option not great (separate garage, no 24h access, car needs to be moved for you), no restaurant (breakfast room closed during the day), just a bar, no food option, no Spa/fitness option. Disappointing for a 4 star hotel.
