The location was amazing, right in the centre. The room itself was nice, and the air con worked well. The breakfast is only a pastry, a glass of orange juice and a coffee, while it promised sandwiches on the instructions we received. However, the coffee shop owner where the breakfast is located is very kind and nice.

La ubicación es inmejorable! A media cuadra del Duomo y cerca de todo. Ideal sobre todo en verano como fuimos para volver por una ducha refrescante. La habitación amplia y las camas muy cómodas. El baño divino y todo el hosepdaje super limpio. La comunicación por mensajes también fue muy buena. Ten en cuenta que tiene varias escaleras, pero son fáciles. El wifi era un poco lento.

I liked the age of the building and some of its beautiful features. The location was also very convenient. It was very difficult to communicate with the property and I had already paid my city tax I. The invoice- it was repeatedly sent messages to leave my tax in cash in the room. There is no elevator- just 2 steep flights of stairs and it was hard work lifting bags up!

Excellent location. Bit if a shock on first arrival when compared to a 4 star hotel but quickly adapted to room and would rebook/recommend to others Shower tray is about 1ft/30cm above bathroom floor so difficult for a person with reduced mobility to get into and out off shower safely.

Location, location, location! Right at the Duomo. The room was clean and comfortable. An easy walk to the train station, you can drop you bags at the property ahead of check in and leave them there once you check out which was very convenient, would stay again Handle on bathroom door was broken, but that's an easy fix.

Exceot location and ease of access to ferry and happening streets near by, there is nothing great about this hotel. The main door at the entrance has around 4-5 print-outs stuck saying not to touch the door, as it is an ancient building and piece of antique being preserved, but then that shouldn't be kept as a main door, especially at a tourist location and asking guests 100 times not to even touch the door. Secondly, there are no lifts at all. Even the reception had to be reached climbing 10-15 steps. The room we were allocated was on 2nd floor, the over all build was 4 floors, with no lifts/elevators whatsoever. Absolute crap.
