Close proximity (10-15 minute walking) to the railway station and almost all major places to visit in Florence. The hotel was very nicely updated - rooms are modern and the air conditioning is ice cold, which is a rare treat during an European summer. The staff are extremely helpful - truly going above and beyond to make your stay a great one. The included breakfast buffet was delicious. The property was great. I would absolutely stay there again. The only issue outside the property during our stay was the construction going on in the street on which the hotel is located, which had some portions of the sidewalk and the street blocked off. This is of course not the hotel’s fault and should be resolved once the construction is completed.

Perfect location, awesome for us because we arrived on train so it was really easy to locate. The breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit and great bread! Very clean and very comfortable. Has air conditioning.

Us in booking transportation. Directions friendliness, kindness And suggestions during our stay. They went out of their way to help us. Both classy and articulate young ladies. The room was tastefully put together. The bed was incredibly comfortable and king size according to US standards even though it was listed as a double. Everything was New and clean i am beautifully decorated with clean fresh lines and colors. The breakfast was incredible and so was the service. This has nothing to do with the hotel. But the entire street in front of the hotel was dug up and unable to be used. But the staff in the hotel went out of their way to get our luggage out to the main street and a taxi. It's a shame because this hotel is a lovely place. Beautifully decorated. With the most incredible staff.

The esthetics and breakfast served was amazing. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. The location was a little sketchy but it was close to the train station which was very important to us

Everything was fantastic. Possibly the most helpful staff of anywhere I ever traveled. We arrived early and they checked us right in. The only complaint is they need a shelf in the shower so you don't have to put things like shampoo, soap, razor on the shower floor.
