It needs to be updated. Windows difficult to close. No hangers for clothes. No place to put toiletries.

The room was clean and big enough. There was an espresso machine and free croissants at the lobby. The reception staff were all nice.

The property is really close to the train station so it was easy to walk to. There were plenty of restaurants and stores in the area, which was nice. Overall, we had a really good experience staying here.

Location convenient AC not working well

The window doesn’t open and the tv there isn’t remote control. The photos on the site is good but at reality the hotel needs reforms.

It was a real surprise to find a hotel offering such excellent value for money. The price-to-quality ratio was outstanding. The hotel is very well located, close to the river and Florence’s famous bridges, yet it remains remarkably quiet and peaceful. Although the room is not particularly modern, it is extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very thoughtfully designed. Every bit of space is used efficiently, making it easy to store clothes and luggage. I was genuinely impressed by how well the room was organized. It felt cozy and practical at the same time. I would also like to make a special mention of the housekeeping staff. The room was cleaned every day, and their work was impeccable—comparable to what you would expect in a five-star hotel. The shower, bathroom, sheets, and towels were always perfectly clean. The housekeeping staff were also incredibly discreet, polite, and professional. The reception staff was wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this hotel. It is one of those rare places where you can find affordability, comfort, exceptional cleanliness, and a genuinely warm, home-like atmosphere all in one.

The room was spacious. We had a private bathroom. Room was very outdated. Wallpaper was peeling on the walls in multiple places. We saw several bugs in the room. Shower was barely functional. The shower head did not work except for the handheld head. The shower did not properly drain so when you took a shower you stood in several inches of cold dirty water. Didn’t look like the shower had been cleaned in months. Mold was growing on the shower walls. The location is also horrible. It is very far from most of the sights in Florence.

The location was great and the front desk attendant went above and beyond with recommendations and calling our taxis. She was very sweet, offered us coffee and made sure we felt welcomed. It was a tad dated but clean

Good place near to train station
