The room was stunning and spacious. Gorgeous terrace to relax in the evening. Bathroom was stunning and well equipped. Gorgeous small touches provided. The staff were welcoming and so friendly. Wasn't really anything not to like.

The rooms had high ceilings, lovely bathroom with great shower. Plenty space for a family of four. location was amazing. Lovely pastries at breakfast. The decor was tired and the AC worked okay but not great. At nighttime there was no light above our door so could not see what we were doing with our key. We came out in the morning to be surrounded by laundry bags. Breakfast was good but coffee machine did not work well.

Very central location, basically a 2 min walk to Duomo. I had booked a single room but got a free upgrade to a double. The room was spacious and clean, and came with all amenities you'd expect from a hotel room - only thing missing was a kettle/coffee machine. The aircon unexpectedly turned on at 2:00 a.m. and was very loud. Took me a minute to figure out how to turn it off. You also hear everything from the neighbouring rooms/hallway.
