Exactly as described very clean and staff was wonderful and accommodating. It was away from the main city center we walked there and back several times and took metro other times. If you don’t mind walking a bit or riding a scooter that was easy and fun at night it’s no problem. It was peaceful out of city center.

Disappointing experience from check-in to customer service, including unpleasant odors in the room after cleaning. The hotel is located in an old building with no elevator. We had large suitcases, and carrying them to the top floor was very difficult because there are many stairs and the distance between floors is quite high. This is something guests should know before booking. Housekeeping was also disappointing. After cleaning the room, the staff left the window completely open, the curtains open, and the lights on while nobody was in the room. As a result, many flies entered the room. There were no fly screens on the windows, and the mosquito repellent provided in the room was completely empty. Since I have an allergy to insects, this significantly affected my comfort. In addition, after housekeeping, there was an unpleasant odor in the room. To their credit, the hotel acknowledged these issues and apologized by offering a refund for one night’s stay as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, although they confirmed the refund would be processed within 2–3 business days, I never received it. Despite several follow-up messages over the following weeks, I received no response at all. I appreciate that they initially tried to resolve the issue, but making a promise and then ignoring the customer afterwards is not acceptable. Based on my overall experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Clean They didn’t check us in. It was on the outskirts of Florence. Needed to ask some questions but no one there to answer. Water pressure limited. There was a barking dog.

The room was delightful! We didn't need a very large room as we were just staying in Florence for one night to fly home. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was very attentive and ready to accommodate. The breakfast buffet was fresh and the selection was amazing. The area had shopping, two pharmacies nearby, and a variety of restaurants. I wish we had stayed another night or two here! The only thing lacking is an elevator. The hotel is on the 2nd floor and we had to carry our luggage up the long flight of stairs!

It did state that there was parking available, but did not state that it was a parking garage was a ten min walk to the Hotel. Overall we had a good time.

The room was really clean and luxurious, the cleaning lady was very pleasant. The breakfast was very traditional which is always nice. The path to the hotel can be put more clearly but the instructions that were sent were clear.

The room was perfectly clean, the breakfast was delicious and worth the money. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the stay here and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this place ?
