It was in a really good location and the room was clean. The staff carried our bags up the stairs for us since there is no elevator and a lot of stairs. Also, the staff here were the first and only people to earn us about what the ZTL zones were so we wouldn't get a ticket. They have my mom am iron to use where the cord was duct taped and some of the wires were exposed. Also, the room was too small for 3 people.

Nicely located in the city centre, provided an anti-mosquito thingie you can plug in the socket, bathroom was clean and nicely renovated, even though a tad bit small. Was kind of a bit difficult to find but when you manage, it’s great. Worked for the single night I could spend in Florence.

La propiedad tiene una excelente ubicación! El cuarto muy limpio y el personal super amable, incluso nos cuidaron nuestras maletas sin costo extra el día del check-out y volvimos por ellas en la noche. El cuarto era demasiado pequeño para 4 personas, no había lugar para poner las maletas.

Owner/Reception was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Florence is so charming and approachable by foot. We walked everywhere from the hotel with ease. If you are dragging luggage, the streets and sidewalks can be a touch tricky but nothing terrible. Building/Location/Room was awesome. Like a lot of the places in Italy, you can almost walk right by it without knowing it. The hotel was tucked into a back street, almost an alleyway. Not a negative by any means.

Location was great and staff were friendly and helpful Room was way too small for 2 people. We could not even open our suitcases on the floor.

The receptionist was so nice! Helped us carry our bags, gave us recommendations, and held our bags and put them in the room once it was ready. The shower and bathroom was also super nice, and the room had AC. We didn’t have a problem with this and we knew about this before booking, but there is no elevator. Was not a big deal and we were on the second floor, very doable.

Location, Staff. Small room for 4 but was exactly what we needed for couple of nights. Hotel and Parking was difficult to find. You will have to walk everywhere because take the car after you leave it in the parking garage will be challenging. But everything is a walking distance. Reserve the parking.

Clean, comfortable room with good aircon, a kettle and a fridge. Very welcoming host. Excellent location, easy walk to station and main attractions Stairs. However a youngrr person than I am would have no problem.
