Friendly staff. Property was located alongside a busy road. Uncomfortable walking to the property in the evening, passing the central train station.

Being a long time IHG member I always try to stay with their brands. The location was really convenient being so close to the train station. Whilst we were looking g forward to the pool due to the heatwaves, it was very disappointing and unappealing as all the grass was dead and not kept well. We also had a fairly bad mishap at dinner, pasta sent back twice as it was still raw, third time still inedible :(

We loved the pool oasis after a hot day in the city. The rooms were big and clean and the staff were brilliant. I'd come here again!

It was really nice place to stay, modern rooms. Close to the train station which was important to us. We had a leak in the room.

Excellent location (walk to the train and tram stations, and to the historic center)! Hotel looks good, well maintained, room was a very good size (we’re a family of 4), bathroom was huge and very modern and clean! Room balcony was a plus. Swimming pool was nice too. Included breakfast was great! And Binomio (the restaurant) was very good too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the AC in our bedroom didn’t work most of the time, and it was very hot.

This hotel was very clean and nice and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast is definitely worth paying for and has a variety of options for everyone. Beautiful lobby area and very close to the train station ( only about a 5 minute walk) This had nothing to do with the hotel but be careful coming home late at night. Because this place is so close to the station, late night it can get a little sketchy. We still walked and were fine but just please be aware of your surroundings.

Everything was perfect. The beds and pillows were firm and comfortable. The room was generous and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is quite convenient to the train station and therefore all the city centre sites were walkable. The staff was kind and helpful. The pool was comfortable and a great way to cool off after exploring. What’s not to like. Nothing all was good.
